{"id":118224,"date":"2024-12-23T19:30:12","date_gmt":"2024-12-24T01:30:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=118224"},"modified":"2024-12-24T07:43:34","modified_gmt":"2024-12-24T13:43:34","slug":"diputados-de-morena-defienden-reemplacamiento-vehicular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/diputados-de-morena-defienden-reemplacamiento-vehicular\/","title":{"rendered":"Diputados de Morena defienden reemplacamiento vehicular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Diputados de Morena<\/strong> defendieron la realizaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reemplacamiento.yucatan.gob.mx\/\">reemplacamiento <\/a><\/strong> en 2025, seg\u00fan las disposiciones del paquete fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Legisladores de la fracci\u00f3n de Morena en el Congreso del Estado precisaron que la medida, dispuesta en la Ley de Ingresos presentada por el Ejecutivo estatal, se debe realizar cada 3 a\u00f1os, con base en lo establecido en las normas vigentes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118225\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/presupuesto-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/presupuesto-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/presupuesto-1536x1023.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo es una ley nueva, es pr\u00e1cticamente cada tres a\u00f1os que se cobra el reemplacamiento y puedo decir que con toda claridad que no hay aumento a dichos impuestos. No es un aumento como el del impuesto predial que s\u00ed hab\u00eda un incremento en los impuestos que afectaba a los ciudadanos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Germ\u00e1n Quintal Medina<\/strong>, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como se ha informado, el Gobierno Estatal estableci\u00f3 que se realizar\u00e1 la dotaci\u00f3n, canje, reposici\u00f3n y baja de placas, para lo cual se espera un ingreso de <strong>659 millones 902 mil pesos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que aplicar\u00e1 el canje de <strong>tarjetas de circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en la que se espera captar 159 millones 995 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leer tambi\u00e9n: <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/impacto-del-reemplacamiento-2025-en-yucatan\/\">Impacto del reemplacamiento 2025 en Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan los diputados estatales, las administraciones anteriores establecieron la periodicidad de este ejercicio, al tiempo que confiaron en que el Ejecutivo realizar\u00e1 una eventual estrategia de incentivos para el pago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLe dejaron la facultad al gobernador de presentar la periodicidad, el monto y los est\u00edmulos que pudieran crearse en este caso. Esto le deja al Ejecutivo la facultad de hacer promociones, de ver c\u00f3mo incentivar el pago de estos impuestos y estos derechos\u201d, refiri\u00f3 <strong>Alejandro Cuevas Mena<\/strong>, diputado local de Morena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La \u00faltima vez que se realiz\u00f3 el reemplacamiento fue en 2022, aunque originalmente estaba previsto para el 2021, tras un
