Es una alternativa viable y responsable para no afectar la econom\u00eda de los ciudadanos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118256\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-2-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-2-1536x899.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ex funcionario estatal explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el reemplacamiento vehicular afectar\u00e1 a las familias yucatecas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Refrendo, en vez de reemplacamiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puso como ejemplo el caso de un propietario de un autom\u00f3vil Figo 2017, quien deber\u00e1 pagar un total de $6,318 pesos para seguir circulando. Este monto incluye:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Derecho de placas: $1,465<\/li>\n<li>Tarjeta y calcoman\u00eda: $300<\/li>\n<li>Impuesto adicional para obras y asistencia social: $353<\/li>\n<li>Seguro vehicular obligatorio: $3,100<\/li>\n<li>Cambio de propietario (en caso necesario): $1,100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el diputado, \u00c1lvaro Cetina Puerto, destac\u00f3 el impacto que esta medida tendr\u00e1 en los motociclistas, quienes representan casi el 30% del padr\u00f3n vehicular en Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118255\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"476\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-1-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-1-1536x951.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/PAN-1-356x220.jpg 356w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa mayor\u00eda de los usuarios de motocicletas son personas de menores ingresos que dependen de este medio de transporte para trabajar y llevar sustento a sus familias\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste reemplacamiento es un golpe directo a su econom\u00eda. No podemos permitir que se cobre lo mismo sin tomar en cuenta las diferencias de poder adquisitivo y las necesidades de cada sector\u201d, subray\u00f3 Cetina Puerto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, aunque Morena evite llamarlo p\u00fablicamente \u00abreemplacamiento\u00bb, la Ley de Ingresos refleja un aumento del 451% en el cobro por cambio de placas y del 474% en la expedici\u00f3n de tarjetas de circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior demuestra a todas luces que habr\u00e1 reemplacamiento en el 2025, y que se impactar\u00e1 indiscriminadamente a quienes poseen un veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador Rafael Montalvo propuso adem\u00e1s que los veh\u00edculos que ingresen de otros estados realicen el cambio de placas de manera obligatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, los propietarios locales que solo cumplan con el refrendo, simplificando el proceso
