\u201cSorteo Gana M\u00e9rida, Ganas Tu\u201d, con el pronto pago de su predial, dijo la presidenta Municipal de M\u00e9rida, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CeciliaPatronL\">Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada<\/a><\/strong>, quien agradeci\u00f3 a quienes contribuyen con su ciudad para que haya mejores servicios, m\u00e1s calles y espacios p\u00fablicos renovados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde que arrancamos la recaudaci\u00f3n el 2 de enero tuvimos alta participaci\u00f3n, con largas filas en m\u00f3dulos y ventanillas, lo que sin duda traer\u00e1 grandes beneficios para las colonias, fraccionamientos y comisar\u00edas\u201d, extern\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118438\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Finanzas y Tesorer\u00eda del Municipio de M\u00e9rida inform\u00f3 que en los dos primeros d\u00edas se registr\u00f3 el pago de 14 mil 304 predios, con una recaudaci\u00f3n de cerca de 19 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante enero se ofrece un 30 por ciento de descuento en la anualidad, en febrero ser\u00e1 del 15 por ciento y en marzo del 8 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118440\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los premios del Sorteo Gana M\u00e9rida, Ganas T\u00fa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, los folios de los predios que paguen en el primer trimestre participar\u00e1n en un sorteo de autom\u00f3viles, motonetas, smart TVs, IPads y Laptos que se realizar\u00e1 en abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento cuenta con diferentes puntos de pago a trav\u00e9s de las cajas recaudatorias en bajos del Palacio Municipal, Tesorer\u00eda y en las Ventanillas \u00danicas Municipales donde tambi\u00e9n puede realizarse el pago de agua potable de comisar\u00edas y la recoja de basura domiciliaria de las empresas Sana, Corbase y Servilimpia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se ofrecen incentivos a personas mayores y con discapacidad de 50 y hasta 100 por ciento de descuento, as\u00ed como para quienes usan paneles solares y tienen azoteas verdes, de 15 por ciento, as\u00ed como para predios que tienen micro, peque\u00f1as o medianas empresas que emplean a personas en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable, de hasta 15 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma se recuerda que el Ayuntamiento por primera vez contar\u00e1 con un programa de apoyo para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda con un 20 por ciento de descuento en el pago al Impuesto sobre Adquisici\u00f3n de Inmuebles (ISAI) cuando el valor mayor no exceda los 700 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a intermitencias que present\u00f3 el sistema de pago en l\u00ednea debido a la alta demanda, que provoc\u00f3 la demora en la generaci\u00f3n de los recibos, se informa que todos ya fueron generados y enviados al correo del usuario correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayor
