El Secretario de Marina indic\u00f3 que, aunque el proyecto est\u00e1 programado para concluirse en 2028, se han dado instrucciones para acelerar los procesos y terminar antes de la fecha estimada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La modernizaci\u00f3n del puerto de Progreso forma parte de un plan nacional que incluye tambi\u00e9n a los puertos de Manzanillo, L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, Veracruz, Acapulco y Ensenada. Los trabajos iniciales ser\u00e1n realizados por la draga Bah\u00eda Yavaros, una embarcaci\u00f3n con capacidad de destrucci\u00f3n por tolva de 1,200 metros c\u00fabicos, que ha participado en
