{"id":118578,"date":"2025-01-09T20:30:21","date_gmt":"2025-01-10T02:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=118578"},"modified":"2025-01-13T15:18:32","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T21:18:32","slug":"merida-con-menor-brecha-salarial-entre-mujeres-y-hombres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/merida-con-menor-brecha-salarial-entre-mujeres-y-hombres\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9rida con menor brecha salarial entre mujeres y hombres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa de M\u00e9rida, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CeciliaPatronL\">Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada<\/a><\/strong>, destac\u00f3 los resultados obtenidos en materia de empleo y brecha salarial en la ciudad y asegur\u00f3 que estos resultados son fruto del trabajo conjunto entre el Ayuntamiento y la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSeguiremos trabajando para mejorar la calidad de vida de los meridanos y para consolidar a M\u00e9rida como una ciudad prospera y justa\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118579\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/CECILIA_MERIDA_BRECHA-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto, mencion\u00f3 que de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n emitida por el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), a nivel nacional, M\u00e9rida se posiciona en el octavo lugar con menor brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres, con una diferencia de solo 5.6 por ciento a favor de los hombres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto se traduce en un salario promedio diario para mujeres de 480.98 pesos y de 507.79 pesos para hombres, lo que significa que es dos veces inferior a la brecha salarial que existe en el resto del pa\u00eds que es de hasta el 12 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a la ocupaci\u00f3n formal, agreg\u00f3 que M\u00e9rida registr\u00f3 337 mil 120 trabajadores asegurados en diciembre de 2024, ocupando el sexto lugar nacional. Adem\u00e1s, se registr\u00f3 un crecimiento anual de 2.2 por ciento en los trabajadores asegurados, lo que signific\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de 7 mil 134 nuevos empleos durante el a\u00f1o 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante la actual administraci\u00f3n se registr\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de 3 mil 786 nuevos empleos, cifra superior a la p\u00e9rdida promedio nacional que es de 461 empleos, posicionando a la ciudad en el tercer lugar con mayor generaci\u00f3n de nuevos empleos; de forma espec\u00edfica, se registr\u00f3 la
