Estado<\/a><\/strong> investigan la muerte de un gato encontrado atado de pies en calles del fraccionamiento Ciudad Caucel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El suceso se report\u00f3 anoche en la calle 110 por 47 y 49 del mencionado fraccionamiento localizado al poniente de la capital yucateca.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-118637\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/gato_caucel-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"657\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El se\u00f1or Giovanni C.P., de 35 a\u00f1os de edad, sali\u00f3 a pasear con sus mascotas y se percat\u00f3 del minino tirado en el pavimiento con un hilo y ya sin vida.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lleg\u00f3 el gato ah\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, en la calle se ten\u00edan rastros como si al michi hubiera arrastrado un veh\u00edculo en movimiento, por lo cual se pidi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal de la FGE de la Comandancia contra el Medio Ambiente y Maltrato Animal lleg\u00f3 para iniciar con las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Servicio Veterinario Forense se hizo cargo del gato y levant\u00f3 el cad\u00e1ver para las diligencias correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El a\u00f1o pasado, el Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n aprob\u00f3 la \u201cLey Rufo\u201d que castiga hasta con 10 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel a aquella persona que realice actos de crueldad o de muerte a un animal, ya sea dom\u00e9stico o salvaje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te puede interesar: <\/strong><strong><a justify;\">Sin embargo, se siguen registrando agresiones contra animales y los activistas reclaman que las autoridades restan importancia a las investigaciones de los casos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del 2022 a 2024, se realizaron m\u00e1s de 600 denuncias por crueldad animal y solo se emiti\u00f3 una sola
