particular de la flora end\u00e9mica de M\u00e9rida, se nombr\u00f3 como \u201c\u00c1rbol Patrimonio Verde\u201d un \u201cpich\u201d de la comisar\u00eda de Xcumpich.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta designaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo reconoce la belleza y singularidad de este \u00e1rbol, sino tambi\u00e9n subraya la importancia ecol\u00f3gica y cultural que tiene para la comunidad, en el marco del programa \u201cM\u00e9rida m\u00e1s Verde\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-119134\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-02-01-a-las-22.09.03_0556ae6c-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ra\u00fal Escalante Aguilar, director de la Unidad de Medio Ambiente y Bienestar Animal, mencion\u00f3 que el \u00e1rbol de \u201cpich\u201d es un s\u00edmbolo vivo de la riqueza natural y la herencia cultural de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa designaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbol es el resultado de un proceso de selecci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n cuidadoso, que involucr\u00f3 a expertos ambientales y l\u00edderes comunitarios\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.merida.gob.mx\/\">Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida<\/a><\/strong> est\u00e1 comprometido con la conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y la preservaci\u00f3n de nuestro patrimonio cultural, y este nombramiento es un paso importante en esa direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-119135\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es el tercer ejemplar que recibe esta distinci\u00f3n; en noviembre, dos ceibas ubicadas en el Parque de las Carmelitas, en el poniente de la ciudad, tambi\u00e9n quedaron protegidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actividad tambi\u00e9n se desarroll\u00f3 con gran \u00e9xito el programa \u201cUna familia, un \u00e1rbol\u201d, y se logr\u00f3 plantar 57 ejemplares de diferentes especies, entre ellos macul\u00eds, beek o roble, macul\u00eds amarillo, ciricote o k&#8217;opte, ram\u00f3n u \u00d3ox y chak
