{"id":119410,"date":"2025-02-11T20:45:03","date_gmt":"2025-02-12T02:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=119410"},"modified":"2025-02-11T20:49:45","modified_gmt":"2025-02-12T02:49:45","slug":"estres-en-operadores-de-va-y-ven-en-aumento-agencia-de-transporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/estres-en-operadores-de-va-y-ven-en-aumento-agencia-de-transporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Estr\u00e9s en operadores de Va y Ven, en aumento: Agencia de Transporte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los conductores de unidades de transporte p\u00fablico en Yucat\u00e1n enfrentan una creciente carga de estr\u00e9s, lo que se ha reflejado en diversos percances viales y desencuentros con los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Jacinto Sosa Novelo, encargado de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/transporteyucatan.org.mx\">Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n (ATY)<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n ha tenido un impacto negativo en la seguridad y la calidad del servicio, y mencion\u00f3 que, en muchos casos, los conductores se ven involucrados en incidentes debido a este estr\u00e9s acumulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El funcionario explic\u00f3 que las tensiones tambi\u00e9n provienen de la interacci\u00f3n con los propios pasajeros, quienes en ocasiones suben con animales o personas con discapacidad, lo que genera nerviosismo y descontrol en las unidades.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-119411 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/CHOFERES-VA-Y-VEN-ESTRES-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"choferes va y ven estr\u00e9s\" width=\"627\" height=\"418\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cHay nerviosismo entre los operadores porque hay muchas versiones. Por ejemplo, personas con discapacidad, personas que quieren subir con sus animalitos al sistema, personas que se suben a la unidad y fastidian al operador\u201d, coment\u00f3 Sosa Novelo, al destacar que este estr\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 vinculado con los accidentes registrados en el sistema \u201cVa y Ven\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, Sosa Novelo destac\u00f3 que los conductores enfrentan jornadas laborales de hasta 10 horas diarias, lo que aumenta el nivel de tensi\u00f3n y ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las publicaciones en redes sociales y los malentendidos tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a este ambiente de estr\u00e9s, que afecta tanto a los operadores como al servicio en general.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Necesario brindar apoyo emocional a conductores<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Reconoci\u00f3 la necesidad de brindar un apoyo emocional adecuado a los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tag\/va-y-ven\/\">conductores<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, un aspecto que hasta ahora no ha sido debidamente atendido desde la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo esquema de transporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para abordar esta problem\u00e1tica, el encargado de la ATY anunci\u00f3 que se implementar\u00e1 un programa de acompa\u00f1amiento emocional dirigido a los operadores, con el objetivo de proporcionarles el apoyo necesario para lidiar con la presi\u00f3n del trabajo diario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs muy importante dar ese paso porque nuestros operadores son el alma del transporte.
