\u00a0La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n y la Confederaci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad y Justicia del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n, A.C. signaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 entre sus principales objetivos realizar acciones de prevenci\u00f3n de delitos y violencias con perspectiva ciudadana.<\/span><\/p>\n

La firma del convenio tuvo lugar en el Auditorio del Centro de Instituciones Operativas del Sistema Penal Oral y Acusatorio CIOSPOA. Por la CODHEY<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, sign\u00f3 el acuerdo su presidenta, Mar\u00eda Guadalupe M\u00e9ndez Correa y por\u00a0<\/a>CONASEJU Yucat\u00e1n, su presidente, Miguel Garc\u00eda Friederichsen.<\/p>\n

Asistieron a la firma, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Institucional del Consejo de la Judicatura, Mar\u00eda Ely Farf\u00e1n Flores, en representaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n; la directora del Centro Estatal de Prevenci\u00f3n Social del Delito y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Zayuri Valle Valencia; y el coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y Seguridad Ciudadana del Mecanismo Amplio de Colaboraci\u00f3n de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil y el Gobierno Federal Mexicano, Guillermo Porter Romero.<\/p>\n

Urgen revertir causas de violencia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En su mensaje, la Ombudsperson se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es urgente redoblar esfuerzos para revertir las causas estructurales que generan violencia y afectan la convivencia cotidiana.<\/p>\n

\u201cLas acciones de prevenci\u00f3n que se impulsan desde el Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica, la administraci\u00f3n estatal y municipal, deben estar acompa\u00f1adas de la experticia y perspectiva ciudadana\u201d indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Record\u00f3 que la seguridad ciudadana es tambi\u00e9n considerada un bien p\u00fablico e implica la salvaguarda eficaz de los derechos humanos, tal como lo se\u00f1ala el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).<\/p>\n

\u201cEl enfoque que propone este programa es comprender todas las causas potenciales de los delitos y las violencias. Partiendo de este enfoque, los gobiernos pueden incorporar mejores y m\u00e1s efectivas medidas de prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia y de control de la criminalidad, as\u00ed como adecuar acciones para reducir la falta de cohesi\u00f3n social, la impunidad, el consumo y distribuci\u00f3n de drogas, la trata de personas y otros delitos que afectan a todas y todos por igual\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Poder Judicial apoya a sectores vulnerables<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En el evento, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Institucional del Consejo de la Judicatura, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial del Estado tiene un compromiso firme con los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables, fortaleciendo los mecanismos de atenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de grupos en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo como ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, mujeres, personas con discapacidad y pueblos originarios<\/p>\n

Dijo que la incorporaci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y el enfoque de derechos humanos en cada una de sus resoluciones ha permitido avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n de una justicia m\u00e1s inclusiva y sensible a las necesidades de la sociedad.<\/p>\n

Al finalizar el convenio, se realiz\u00f3 una mesa de di\u00e1logo entre las autoridades participantes y el estudiantado del Colegio Libre de Estudios Universitarios, Campus M\u00e9rida, la cual fue moderada por la coordinadora de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la CODHEY, Minerva Ben\u00edtez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
