{"id":119541,"date":"2025-02-17T14:38:45","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T20:38:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=119541"},"modified":"2025-02-17T14:38:45","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T20:38:45","slug":"aty-recalibra-sistema-de-recaudo-del-va-y-ven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/aty-recalibra-sistema-de-recaudo-del-va-y-ven\/","title":{"rendered":"ATY recalibra sistema de recaudo del \u00abVa y Ven\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/transporteyucatan.org.mx\/\">ATY<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) trabaja en la recalibraci\u00f3n del sistema de recaudo que maneja la aplicaci\u00f3n del \u00abVa y ven\u00bb, mediante la cual los ciudadanos pueden administrar el saldo de su tarjeta de autob\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En torno al tema, el encargado del organismo, Jacinto Sosa Novelo, reconoci\u00f3 que el sistema present\u00f3 fallas importantes que gener\u00f3 afectaciones y molestia de los usuarios, pues recibi\u00f3 hasta 7 mil quejas por semana por diversas cuestiones relacionadas con este asunto.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-119542 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Tarjetas-ATY-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Tarjetas-ATY-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Tarjetas-ATY-1536x864.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que lo m\u00e1s reportado fue el doble cobro de pasaje o que las personas no pueden visualizar su saldo de su tarjeta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas personas pasan m\u00e1s de una vez la tarjeta. Entonces, si pasa m\u00e1s de una vez, podr\u00eda perder su saldo. Otros no pueden visualizar su saldo. La verdad es que el saldo no se pierde, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos no se pierde\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a
