Con una poblaci\u00f3n de aproximadamente 2 millones de habitantes, y aplicando la estad\u00edstica nacional donde 6 de cada 10 personas reciben llamadas no deseadas, se estima que al menos 1.2 millones de yucatecos son v\u00edctimas potenciales de estas pr\u00e1cticas invasivas de telemarketing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los habitantes de la entidad reportan recibir constantemente, ya casi como algo com\u00fan,\u00a0 llamadas no solicitadas de bancos, compa\u00f1\u00edas de telefon\u00eda celular y empresas de venta directa, situaci\u00f3n que se agrava por la creciente digitalizaci\u00f3n de servicios y el aumento en el uso de tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-119705\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/acoso-telefonico-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"478\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta realidad forma parte de un fen\u00f3meno nacional donde, seg\u00fan The Competitive Intelligence Unit, seis de cada diez mexicanos son v\u00edctimas diarias del acoso telef\u00f3nico por parte de instituciones bancarias y empresas que ofrecen productos y servicios sin autorizaci\u00f3n previa, vulnerando la privacidad de los usuarios mientras las compa\u00f1\u00edas operan con aparente impunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La magnitud del problema se refleja en las estad\u00edsticas oficiales. Durante 2022, la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 150,000 quejas relacionadas con servicios financieros, incluyendo llamadas no deseadas en el pa\u00eds. Paralelamente, el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia (INAI) proces\u00f3 2,300 denuncias por mal uso de datos personales en 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Internet MX ha se\u00f1alado que el 45% de los usuarios mexicanos considera el telemarketing agresivo como una de las principales molestias digitales. Este problema se intensifica por la venta ilegal de bases de datos personales, una pr\u00e1ctica que sancionada por el INAI pero que persiste en el mercado negro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel nacional, considerando que M\u00e9xico tiene aproximadamente 75 millones de adultos, los expertos estiman que se realizan decenas de millones de llamadas mensuales no solicitadas, especialmente en el sector bancario donde predominan las llamadas automatizadas o robocalls.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evitar el acoso telef\u00f3nico comercial?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para protegerse, los yucatecos, al igual que todos los mexicanos, pueden implementar diversas medidas. La primera es utilizar aplicaciones de filtrado para bloquear n\u00fameros no deseados.
