Cli\u0301nica de Salud Visual \u201cVer Bien para Vivir Mejor\u201d fundado por la Tree-Land Foundation, bajo el liderazgo del Dr. Robert Martin,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El espacio inaugurad\u00f3 en febrero de 2007 como parte del Proyecto Visio\u0301n Maya en colaboracio\u0301n con el DIF Yucata\u0301n, tiene como misio\u0301n brindar exa\u0301menes visuales y lentes graduados gratuitos a personas de escasos recursos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-119718\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-02-23-a-las-17.58.39_faf77a94-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a un inventario de 80,000 anteojos usados y donados, recolectados en Maryland y enviados a Me\u0301rida, el proyecto ha transformado la vida de miles de yucatecos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con tecnologi\u0301a electro\u0301nica avanzada y un software personalizado desarrollado por el programador mexicano Marti\u0301n Figueroa, la cli\u0301nica ajusta lentes usados con precisio\u0301n en minutos, ofreciendo una solucio\u0301n eficiente y econo\u0301mica a problemas visuales comunes como el error refractivo, que afecta al 95% de las personas con deficiencias visuales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este enfoque no solo mejora la calidad de vida, sino que tambie\u0301n impulsa la educacio\u0301n y reduce la pobreza, elementos clave para el desarrollo social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se destaco\u0301 que este proyecto ha permitido crear el primer Departamento de Salud Visual gubernamental de Me\u0301xico, atendiendo desde problemas refractivos hasta casos graves como cataratas, en colaboracio\u0301n con el Hospital O\u2019Hora\u0301n y otras instituciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leer
