reconocimiento LGBTQ+ en la Constituci\u00f3n de Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n del Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n aprob\u00f3 este viernes la iniciativa de reforma para reconocer en la Constituci\u00f3n los derechos humanos de la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTQ+, dando un paso importante en el combate a la discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El coordinador de la bancada pri\u00edsta, Gaspar Quintal Parra, declar\u00f3 que, con esta reforma, Yucat\u00e1n est\u00e1 demostrando que est\u00e1 en la vanguardia de la defensa de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n, que se realiz\u00f3 en la sede de la Universidad del Oriente en el municipio de Valladolid, el legislador explic\u00f3 que ahora habr\u00e1 un reconocimiento expl\u00edcito de los derechos de la comunidad LGBTQ+ en la Constituci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, se reconoce, protege, garantiza y promueve los derechos de las personas de la diversidad sexual, y se establecen mecanismos y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para orientar el quehacer p\u00fablico y fomentar en la sociedad la igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/GasparQuintalParra\">Gaspar Quintal<\/a> afirm\u00f3 que la sociedad ha reprimido y discriminado hist\u00f3ricamente a este grupo poblacional, por lo que es fundamental visibilizar sus derechos en el texto constitucional local.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAhora que estamos atravesando por momentos de grandes transformaciones nacionales y mundiales, el respeto a los derechos humanos es fundamental para la creaci\u00f3n de sistemas pol\u00edticos m\u00e1s justos, libres y democr\u00e1ticos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img
