{"id":120019,"date":"2025-03-08T12:23:44","date_gmt":"2025-03-08T18:23:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=120019"},"modified":"2025-03-08T12:26:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-08T18:26:49","slug":"flor-yanue-la-primera-operadora-de-un-va-y-ven-articulado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/flor-yanue-la-primera-operadora-de-un-va-y-ven-articulado\/","title":{"rendered":"Flor Yanu\u00e9 rompe estereotipos al volante de un Va y Ven articulado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yucat\u00e1n es un referente en la inclusi\u00f3n de mujeres en la operaci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico, al haber incorporado cerca de 50 operadoras en este servicio, rompiendo paradigmas y dando un paso adelante hacia una movilidad con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, inform\u00f3 la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tag\/agencia-de-transporte-de-yucatan\/\">Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre ellas se encuentra Flor Yanu\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, la primera mujer en todo el Sureste de M\u00e9xico que opera una unidad articulada 100% el\u00e9ctrica del Sistema <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/vayven.yucatan.gob.mx\">Va y Ven<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, haciendo historia y abriendo camino a m\u00e1s mujeres en el rubro del transporte p\u00fablico, una \u00e1rea en el que comunmente predominan los hombres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsa mentalidad de mujer al volante peligro constante es mentira, al contrario, somos muchas mujeres que ahora estamos operando el transporte p\u00fablico en Yucat\u00e1n. Inici\u00f3 como operadora de autobuses para transporte de personal y, en 2021, con la puesta en marcha de la ruta Perif\u00e9rico del Sistema Va y Ven, comenz\u00f3 como operadora en este servicio en el estado. Gracias a sus capacidades, fue ascendiendo hasta convertirse en operadora del Ie-tram y posteriormente en la \u00fanica mujer del Sureste que conduce una unidad articulada de 18 metros de largo.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Deja atr\u00e1s estereotipos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que operar estas unidades no es una labor sencilla y requiere no solo habilidad al volante, sino tambi\u00e9n disciplina y constancia. Solo las y los mejores operadores tienen la confianza para manejar este tipo de unidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCuando te escogen como operador es porque ven tu trabajo, y deciden estos son los que no han tenido percances, los que no tienen retardos, los que no tienen malas conductas y son a los que capacitan para el manejo de los articulados\u201d, indic\u00f3 la operadora.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-120021\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/MUJER-CONDUCTORA-IETRAM-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Conductora Va y Ven Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"612\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/MUJER-CONDUCTORA-IETRAM-2-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/MUJER-CONDUCTORA-IETRAM-2-1536x1024.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/MUJER-CONDUCTORA-IETRAM-2-2048x1365.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Flor, estar al frente de una unidad de este tipo es un orgullo no solo para ella, sino tambi\u00e9n para su familia. Sin embargo, la satisfacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande, dijo, es ver a los usuarios contentos: \u201cque la gente te vea, a veces se sorprenden porque es una mujer la que est\u00e1 manejando. Soy la primera mujer en un autob\u00fas articulado, pero no la \u00fanica en Va y Ven, somos muchas mujeres operando y mostrando que tambi\u00e9n podemos. Nunca me imagin\u00e9 estar al volante de una unidad as\u00ed y lo logr\u00e9, yo me siento feliz de este cambio en el transporte p\u00fablico\u201d, comparti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de todas las operadoras que, con su ejemplo, est\u00e1n abriendo camino a m\u00e1s mujeres en el sector del transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-120022\"
