Con chorros de agua, autoridades polic\u00edacas dispersaron la manifestaci\u00f3n de mujeres en la Plaza Grande de M\u00e9rida que intentaron brincar las vallas que blindaron el Palacio de Gobierno de Yucat\u00e1n con motivo de la movilizaci\u00f3n del #8M.<\/p>\n

La capital yucateca vio confluir a aproximadamente ocho mil personas que, desde las 17:30 horas, recorrieron las principales calles del Centro Hist\u00f3rico en conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer.<\/p>\n

Contingente de menos a m\u00e1s<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La concentraci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 en el Parque de La Mejorada, desde donde parti\u00f3 un nutrido contingente que implement\u00f3 diversas formas de protesta, incluyendo una emblem\u00e1tica \u201cMarcha del Silencio\u201d que se extendi\u00f3 desde la calle 50 hasta la 54.<\/p>\n

El recorrido contempl\u00f3 una significativa parada en el Monumento a los Montejo, donde las participantes realizaron un posicionamiento antirracista antes de continuar su camino por la calle 60 hasta la Plaza Grande.<\/p>\n

La heterogeneidad marc\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n de esta manifestaci\u00f3n, donde confluyeron batucadas transfeministas, familias afectadas por violencia feminicida, madres acompa\u00f1adas de sus hijas, personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores, personas trans y diversos colectivos feministas.<\/p>\n

\u00a1Ni\u00f1as no se tocan! y \u00a1Ni una m\u00e1s, ni una menos!, algunas de las consignas que resonaron con mayor fuerza mientras el contingente avanzaba.<\/p>\n

\u00a1Cu\u00eddala!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En un momento que reflej\u00f3 la dimensi\u00f3n humana y el respaldo social al movimiento, cientos de manifestantes corearon \u201c\u00a1Cu\u00eddala, cu\u00eddala!\u201d cuando una pareja estaba por ingresar a la iglesia de la Tercera Orden para contraer matrimonio.<\/p>\n

Tanto la novia como el novio levantaron sus manos en se\u00f1al de apoyo a la causa.<\/p>\n

El color morado predomin\u00f3 en la vestimenta y accesorios de las asistentes, quienes en su mayor\u00eda optaron por ropa c\u00f3moda adaptada al clima meridano.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la presencia de mujeres ataviadas con hipiles, la vestimenta tradicional yucateca, aportando un elemento cultural distintivo a la manifestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Otras participantes realizaron ceremonias mayas como parte de los actos conmemorativos, pidiendo perd\u00f3n a la madre tierra.<\/p>\n

Contrastando con la atm\u00f3sfera de orden que caracteriz\u00f3 la marcha, la respuesta gubernamental evidenci\u00f3 precauciones extremas.<\/p>\n

El Palacio de Gobierno amaneci\u00f3 resguardado por vallas met\u00e1licas que bloquearon el acceso a la Plaza Grande por la calle 60, mientras que un notorio dispositivo policial se mantuvo desplegado en las inmediaciones.<\/p>\n

Esta medida de \u201cblindaje\u201d result\u00f3 particularmente llamativa considerando que otros edificios emblem\u00e1ticos, como el Palacio Municipal o el propio Monumento a Montejo, permanecieron sin protecci\u00f3n adicional.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a1Vivas nos queremos!\u00bb y \u00ab\u00a1El violador eres t\u00fa!\u00bb fueron otras de las consignas que retumbaron en las calles meridanas, mientras las manifestantes culminaban su recorrido en el Parque de la Madre.<\/p>\n

Chorros de agua y gases<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El gobierno bloque\u00f3 el paso hacia la Plaza Grande con vallas, mismas que rodearon el Palacio de Gobierno y la Catedral de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n

A las manifestantes que lograron llegar frente a la sede del Ejecutivo estatal, la polic\u00eda yucateca las dispers\u00f3 con chorros de agua cuando intentaron brincar los muros de contenci\u00f3n de la protesta.<\/p>\n

Al final, salieron los gases lacrim\u00f3genos para alejar a las manifestantes de la sede gubernamental.<\/p>\n

En un comunicado, el Gobierno del Estado inform\u00f3 que se implement\u00f3 un operativo con el objetivo de proteger, tanto a las participantes como a los ciudadanos en general, garantizando que la protesta pudiera llevarse a cabo sin incidentes mayores.<\/p>\n

\u201cLamentamos que algunas acciones derivaran en enfrentamientos con las fuerzas de seguridad, cuya prioridad siempre ha sido la contenci\u00f3n sin represi\u00f3n\u201d, pronunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
