100 mdp se organizar\u00e1 el proceso electoral judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Yucat\u00e1n (IEPAC) formaliz\u00f3 la aceptaci\u00f3n de los 100 millones de pesos autorizados por el Poder Ejecutivo estatal para el proceso electoral extraordinario de integrantes del Poder Judicial, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria urgente celebrada esta noche, el Consejo General del IEPAC aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la adecuaci\u00f3n al presupuesto de egresos del ejercicio fiscal 2025, ajustando su solicitud original que ascend\u00eda a 132 millones 937 mil 447 pesos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-106352\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IEPAC_PRESUPUESTO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El organismo electoral hab\u00eda solicitado al Ejecutivo estatal dicha cantidad el pasado 14 de marzo, sin embargo, el gobierno estatal autoriz\u00f3 \u00fanicamente 100 millones de pesos para financiar el proceso electoral de magistrados del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de aprobar la adecuaci\u00f3n presupuestaria, el Consejo General autoriz\u00f3 al consejero presidente, Mois\u00e9s Bates Aguilar, y al secretario ejecutivo, Enrique, a suscribir un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n para las actividades relacionadas con este proceso electoral Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n, que comenz\u00f3 a las 20:00 horas en modalidad virtual, concluy\u00f3 a las 20:13 minutos tras agotarse los puntos del orden del d\u00eda, entre los que destacaron la aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto y la autorizaci\u00f3n para firmar el convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proceso electoral extraordinario se realiza en cumplimiento del Decreto 55\/2025, que modific\u00f3 la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado en materia de reforma al Poder Judicial, estableciendo
