{"id":120500,"date":"2025-03-27T20:27:43","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T02:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=120500"},"modified":"2025-03-31T16:12:11","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T22:12:11","slug":"denuncian-madruguete-en-tombola-de-candidaturas-de-eleccion-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/denuncian-madruguete-en-tombola-de-candidaturas-de-eleccion-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncian madruguete en \u00abt\u00f3mbola\u00bb de candidaturas de elecci\u00f3n judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un pronunciamiento desde tribuna, el Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN) en el Congreso del Estado denunci\u00f3 que el proceso para definir las candidaturas al Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n incumpli\u00f3 lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n local, al no realizarse la insaculaci\u00f3n de aspirantes ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el diputado \u00c1lvaro Cetina Puerto, a nombre de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PanYucatan\">fracci\u00f3n panista<\/a>, present\u00f3 una moci\u00f3n de suspensi\u00f3n para eliminar del orden del d\u00eda el acuerdo remitido por el <a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/con-100-mdp-se-organizara-el-proceso-electoral-judicial\/\">Comit\u00e9 Estatal de Evaluaci\u00f3n<\/a>, al considerar que dicho \u00f3rgano omiti\u00f3 cumplir el art\u00edculo quinto transitorio del Decreto 55\/2025, que ordena realizar la insaculaci\u00f3n ante el Congreso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl procedimiento no fue transparente ni constitucional. La insaculaci\u00f3n no se llev\u00f3 a cabo ante el Pleno, como expresamente lo exige la norma. Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 que una implementaci\u00f3n opaca pone en riesgo el esp\u00edritu de esa reforma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa justicia debe construirse de cara a la ciudadan\u00eda, no entre sombras. No se puede decir que se defiende la ley mientras se viola su procedimiento\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pese a la oposici\u00f3n panista, la moci\u00f3n fue rechazada por la mayor\u00eda y el acuerdo fue aprobado por mayor\u00eda simple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy alzamos la voz no por protagonismo, sino por convicci\u00f3n. Porque callar ante una ilegalidad ser\u00eda traicionar la reforma que construimos y la confianza de los yucatecos. En el PAN Yucat\u00e1n vamos a defender el Estado de Derecho, aunque otros decidan ignorarlo\u201d, concluy\u00f3 \u00c1lvaro Cetina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PAN denuncia
