Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que personal del Congreso le impidi\u00f3 el acceso, presuntamente por indicaciones de los organizadores del evento.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"975\">\u201cNo se me permite la entrada porque quiero poner sobre la mesa con mucha educaci\u00f3n y mucho orden el otro lado de la historia: por qu\u00e9 los hombres no pueden sufrir violencia vicaria, qu\u00e9 es lo que pasa\u201d, declar\u00f3 Marrufo desde el exterior del recinto.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"975\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-120705 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/CONGRESO-VIOLENCIA-VICARIA-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Congreso violencia vicaria\" width=\"647\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/CONGRESO-VIOLENCIA-VICARIA-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/CONGRESO-VIOLENCIA-VICARIA-1536x1090.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 647px) 100vw, 647px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1180\">Tras el hecho, el representante de la agrupaci\u00f3n present\u00f3 una queja ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (CODHEY), al considerar que la exclusi\u00f3n podr\u00eda constituir un acto de discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1371\">La asociaci\u00f3n manifest\u00f3 que la negativa a permitir su participaci\u00f3n representa un obst\u00e1culo para el di\u00e1logo y para la inclusi\u00f3n de otras experiencias relacionadas con la violencia familiar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1565\">Posteriormente, trabajadores del Congreso se acercaron a los manifestantes para conocer su versi\u00f3n. Durante el intercambio de impresiones, se acord\u00f3 establecer un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1779\">Ambas partes pactaron una reuni\u00f3n para la pr\u00f3xima semana en las instalaciones del Congreso, en la que la asociaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 presentar sus planteamientos.
