Durante el programa <em>Micr\u00f3fono Abierto<\/em>, el vocal Ejecutivo de la Junta Local del INE en Yucat\u00e1n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/INEYucatan\">Luis Alvarado D\u00edaz<\/a> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se espera una participaci\u00f3n de apenas el 10% del padr\u00f3n electoral, aunque hist\u00f3ricamente Yucat\u00e1n registra una participaci\u00f3n del 70% en elecciones.<\/p>\n<h3>Micr\u00f3fono Abierto<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el programa &#8216;Micr\u00f3fono Abierto&#8217; -conducido por Elena Arcila y los periodistas Jos\u00e9 Palacios T\u00e9pate y F\u00e9lix Uc\u00e1n Salazar-, Alvarado D\u00edaz revel\u00f3 que este in\u00e9dito proceso electoral para el Poder Judicial enfrenta un doble desaf\u00edo: por un lado, la complejidad t\u00e9cnica de las boletas con m\u00e1s de 150 candidatos distribuidos en ocho formatos diferentes, y por otro, la baja expectativa de participaci\u00f3n que apenas alcanzar\u00eda el 10% del padr\u00f3n electoral yucateco, conformado por 1.8 millones de ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ds-markdown ds-markdown--block\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los votantes deber\u00e1n escribir n\u00fameros espec\u00edficos en espacios reducidos, a diferencia de procesos tradicionales donde solo se marca una opci\u00f3n. A nivel nacional, se imprimir\u00e1n alrededor de 600 millones de boletas, con dise\u00f1os diferenciados por cargo. Por ejemplo, la boleta para la Suprema Corte incluir\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 80 nombres, divididos por g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-wp-editing=\"1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-120757\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-04-07-at-22.44.411-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Reto hist\u00f3rico: s\u00f3lo el 10% votar\u00eda en la elecci\u00f3n judicial\" width=\"621\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el \u00e1mbito log\u00edstico, el INE ya seleccion\u00f3 a unos 14,000 ciudadanos que fungir\u00e1n como funcionarios de casilla. Estos recibir\u00e1n capacitaci\u00f3n especial, incluyendo simulacros para manejar las ocho boletas, que se depositar\u00e1n en una sola urna. Unos 400 capacitadores supervisar\u00e1n el proceso, atendiendo cuatro casillas cada uno. A diferencia de elecciones anteriores, el conteo no se realizar\u00e1 en las casillas, sino en los consejos distritales durante un per\u00edodo de 10 d\u00edas, lo que permitir\u00e1 a los funcionarios descansar antes del escrutinio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los topes de campa\u00f1a fueron ajustados tras una impugnaci\u00f3n ante el Tribunal Electoral. Para cargos nacionales, como ministros o magistrados, el l\u00edmite es de 1,468,000 pesos; para la Sala Regional de Xalapa, 881,000 pesos; y para juzgados estatales, 220,000 pesos. Los candidatos deben usar recursos propios, ya que est\u00e1 prohibido recibir financiamiento externo. Adem\u00e1s, no pueden realizar m\u00edtines, contratar encuestas o contar con apoyo de partidos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<h3>Todos abogados<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otra particularidad es que todos l<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/lucha-por-el-poder-judicial-en-yucatan\/\">os candidatos son abogados<\/a>, lo que garantiza que conocen las reglas y no permitir\u00e1n irregularidades. Sin embargo, el lenguaje t\u00e9cnico podr\u00eda dificultar la comprensi\u00f3n ciudadana. Para facilitar el proceso, el INE habilit\u00f3 el micrositio <em>\u00abConoce, Ubica y Participa\u00bb<\/em>, donde los votantes pueden consultar informaci\u00f3n sobre los candidatos y practicar el llenado de boletas. A partir del 15 de mayo, estar\u00e1 disponible el sistema para ubicar casillas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Yucat\u00e1n, la elecci\u00f3n tiene particularidades: 47 candidatos compiten por magistraturas locales, con un mes adicional de campa\u00f1a. A nivel federal, hay 27 candidatos designados por los tres poderes, m\u00e1s aquellos en funciones que decidieron participar. Los interesados en ser observadores electorales tienen hasta el 7 de mayo para registrarse, en un proceso hist\u00f3rico que por primera vez definir\u00e1 por voto popular la integraci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El INE enfrenta el reto de garantizar transparencia y eficiencia en un proceso in\u00e9dito, mientras el Poder Ejecutivo busca participar en su promoci\u00f3n, un asunto que resolver\u00e1 el Tribunal Electoral. La ciudadan\u00eda, por su parte, tendr\u00e1 la \u00faltima palabra en esta elecci\u00f3n que marca un hito en la democracia mexicana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
