en tr\u00e1mite m\u00e1s de 300 denuncias por casos de maltrato animal, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer su titular, Juan Manuel Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los fiscales adscritos a la Unidad Especializada en la Atenci\u00f3n de Casos de Maltrato de Animales Dom\u00e9sticos trabajan activamente para esclarecer cada uno de estos expedientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n record\u00f3 que en 2023 se contaba con al menos 650 casos abiertos, cifra que se ha logrado reducir gracias a la labor constante del personal de la unidad.<\/p>\n<p data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-109018 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Maltrato-animal.jpg\" alt=\"Denuncias por crueldad animal se dispararon un 48% en 2023\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">\u201cS\u00ed, en alg\u00fan momento tuvimos m\u00e1s, pero estamos trabajando, como he comentado, para abatir todos estos expedientes en tr\u00e1mite que tenemos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">El fiscal tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que, como resultado del seguimiento a estas denuncias, se han impuesto sanciones e incluso se han dictado sentencias condenatorias contra personas responsables de cometer actos de crueldad hacia los animales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">Esto representa un avance importante en la aplicaci\u00f3n de justicia en estos casos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">Entre los principales motivos de denuncia en Yucat\u00e1n se encuentran el envenenamiento, las agresiones f\u00edsicas y las mutilaciones, todos considerados delitos graves seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"
