{"id":121033,"date":"2025-04-22T13:06:51","date_gmt":"2025-04-22T19:06:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=121033"},"modified":"2025-04-22T13:10:58","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T19:10:58","slug":"cecilia-patron-supervisa-servicios-en-tiempo-real","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/cecilia-patron-supervisa-servicios-en-tiempo-real\/","title":{"rendered":"Cecilia Patr\u00f3n supervisa servicios en tiempo real"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa de M\u00e9rida, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CeciliaPatronL?locale=es_LA\">Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, mostr\u00f3 un moderno sistema de monitoreo digital implementado en su oficina, que le permite dar seguimiento en tiempo real a los servicios que el Ayuntamiento otorga a los habitantes del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta implementaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica de vanguardia forma parte de las acciones que aplica el Ayuntamiento para seguir posicionando a M\u00e9rida como una de las mejores ciudades para vivir en M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de un video compartido en su cuenta oficial de TikTok, la presidenta municipal mostr\u00f3 las pantallas instaladas en su despacho donde supervisa constantemente el desempe\u00f1o de los servicios p\u00fablicos municipales, a trav\u00e9s de gr\u00e1ficos de avances de acciones y servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLes ense\u00f1o estas pantallas que tenemos en la oficina donde le doy seguimiento a los servicios de la ciudad. El seguimiento a las unidades de servicio, d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n, si ya pasaron por las rutas que les corresponden. Es de esta manera que vamos vigilando los servicios\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Patr\u00f3n Laviada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121034 aligncenter\" diariamente<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sistema de monitoreo permite a la alcaldesa verificar el avance y las respuestas a toda la atenci\u00f3n ciudadana que llega a trav\u00e9s de diversos canales como Ayuntatel y aplicaciones m\u00f3viles municipales. \u00abEst\u00e1 respondiendo, si no se est\u00e1 respondiendo, atenci\u00f3n ciudadana, y los servicios\u2026 \u00ab, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La funcionaria destac\u00f3 que, aunque dedica muchas horas a recorrer la ciudad y estar cerca de la ciudadan\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n es
