Mar\u00eda Esther P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez emerge como una voz ciudadana que busca transformar la impartici\u00f3n de justicia desde su ra\u00edz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos a votar por todos, por esta oportunidad. Yo lo que quiero es que la gente me d\u00e9 su confianza de que juntos vamos a poder, de que juntos estamos construyendo este cambio en el Poder Judicial\u201d, expres\u00f3 al referirse a su candidatura, identificada en la boleta rosa con el n\u00famero 02.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-121317\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-05-04-a-las-10.08.19_f65d766e-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-05-04-a-las-10.08.19_f65d766e-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-05-04-a-las-10.08.19_f65d766e-1536x1004.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ella, este n\u00famero simboliza la uni\u00f3n entre ciudadan\u00eda y justicia: Es uni\u00f3n, la ciudadan\u00eda con Mar\u00eda Esther P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, y vamos a ir juntos al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Justicia con rostro humano<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa justicia debe tener rostro humano y la ni\u00f1ez debe ser el eje de nuestras decisiones como sociedad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La entrevistada es candidata a magistrada primera del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/poderjudicialyucatan.gob.mx\/\">Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan relat\u00f3, desde muy joven, P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez supo que su vocaci\u00f3n estaba en el Derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSiempre so\u00f1\u00e9 con la pasi\u00f3n de la ciencia jur\u00eddica, nunca he tenido dudas de mi carrera\u201d, coment\u00f3 al recordar sus a\u00f1os formativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta claridad vocacional la llev\u00f3 a completar un Doctorado en Derecho, respaldado por una formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica s\u00f3lida que incluye estudios en M\u00e9xico y Espa\u00f1a, donde obtuvo una prestigiosa beca de la Fundaci\u00f3n Carolina, siendo la \u00fanica mexicana seleccionada en su promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQuiero que sea un Poder Judicial mucho m\u00e1s cercano, pero cercano no de concepto, sino de acci\u00f3n, de trabajo, de empat\u00eda\u00bb, explic\u00f3 al definir su propuesta central.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, esta cercan\u00eda se materializa en acuerdos y resoluciones claras, redactadas en un lenguaje accesible para los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA veces nos perdemos un poco en el tecnicismo y yo del otro lado tengo un ser humano que lo que quiere es entender qu\u00e9 es lo que se le est\u00e1 resolviendo\u201d, reflexiona sobre uno de los principales obst\u00e1culos que enfrenta la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Trayectoria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su amplia trayectoria profesional, que abarca m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en el servicio p\u00fablico y el litigio privado, est\u00e1 complementada por dos maestr\u00edas \u2014una en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y otra en Derecho de los Negocios\u2014 que le han permitido desarrollar una perspectiva integral de los desaf\u00edos jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPuertas abiertas\u201d, dice con firmeza al describir su filosof\u00eda de servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSomos una herramienta de servicio. El juzgador sirve al Estado, el magistrado sirve al Estado\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidata enfatiza que cada ciudadano merece ser escuchado y tratado con dignidad, independientemente de su condici\u00f3n social o econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa formaci\u00f3n no debe ser un tr\u00e1mite, tiene que ser una pasi\u00f3n, un compromiso contigo mismo porque cuando es as\u00ed, lo pones al servicio de los dem\u00e1s\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Las infancias<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez constituye su principal causa y un eje transversal de su propuesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as son el presente y el futuro de la sociedad yucateca\u00bb, afirma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paralelamente, aboga por una justicia con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y considera que el juzgador debe asumir su papel como agente de cambio social, contribuyendo a transformar realidades desde su \u00e1mbito de competencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez dirige la firma Hopur S. de R. L., dedicada a proyectos de compliance, auditor\u00edas y defensa jur\u00eddica, experiencia que le ha permitido conocer las necesidades del sector privado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previamente, ocup\u00f3 cargos clave en los tres niveles de gobierno, incluyendo su labor como subdirectora de Recursos Humanos en el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida y posiciones en CONAGUA y la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Rural del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n, donde pudo desarrollar habilidades de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica que complementan su experiencia jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p
