Por un lado, un chofer de transporte p\u00fablico permanece en prisi\u00f3n preventiva; por otro, un joven conductor de una camioneta de lujo enfrenta su proceso en libertad. Misma ciudad, mismos jueces, resultados opuestos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 29 de abril, Ayl\u00edn Guadalupe Ku Mu\u00f1oz, de aproximadamente 20 a\u00f1os, falleci\u00f3 tras ser atropellada por un autob\u00fas del sistema \u00abVa y Ven\u00bb en Ciudad Industrial. El conductor, identificado como Jairo C.M., fue acusado de homicidio culposo y sometido a prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada mientras se completa la investigaci\u00f3n en un plazo de dos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ese mismo d\u00eda, pero en otra parte de la ciudad, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/familiares-de-angel-mendez-exigen-justicia-tras-su-fatal-choque\/\">\u00c1ngel M\u00e9ndez K\u00fa<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, de 18 a\u00f1os, muri\u00f3 junto con su beb\u00e9 no nacido cuando una camioneta Lincoln MKX conducida por V\u00edctor Manuel Rodr\u00edguez Bernat impact\u00f3 la motocicleta donde viajaba con su esposa embarazada. Ella sobrevivi\u00f3 con heridas graves. Seg\u00fan testigos, el conductor se pas\u00f3 un sem\u00e1foro en rojo e intent\u00f3 huir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121441 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Angel-Ku-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"70\"><strong>Justicia desigual<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La gravedad de los hechos muestra un desequilibrio: en el caso del Va y Ven, una persona perdi\u00f3 la vida. En el caso de Altabrisa, fallecieron un joven y un beb\u00e9 por nacer, adem\u00e1s de dejar gravemente herida a una mujer embarazada. Sin embargo, las decisiones judiciales fueron inversamente proporcionales a la magnitud de las tragedias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La jueza Silvia Pamela Cetina Bautista determin\u00f3 que Rodr\u00edguez Bernat, a pesar de enfrentar cargos por homicidio culposo, lesiones que ponen en peligro la vida y da\u00f1o en propiedad ajena, pod\u00eda seguir su proceso en libertad. \u00bfLa justificaci\u00f3n? Es \u00abdependiente econ\u00f3mico de sus padres\u00bb. Solo se le impuso el uso de un brazalete electr\u00f3nico y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En contraste, el operador del transporte p\u00fablico, cuya profesi\u00f3n es precisamente conducir, fue enviado directamente a prisi\u00f3n preventiva. \u00bfAcaso el chofer del Va y Ven no tiene tambi\u00e9n dependientes econ\u00f3micos? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 esta consideraci\u00f3n solo aplic\u00f3 para el conductor del veh\u00edculo de lujo y no para el trabajador del transporte p\u00fablico?, es lo que se pregunta ahora en redes sociales cientos de personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las reacciones no se hicieron esperar. Familiares de \u00c1ngel y organizaciones sociales han realizado manifestaciones frente al Palacio de Gobierno exigiendo justicia. \u00abSin influencias y sin lana, el chofer qued\u00f3 preso. Y un joven en estado inconveniente solo fue reprendido\u00bb, dicen los manifestantes, se\u00f1alando lo que consideran una aplicaci\u00f3n selectiva de la ley.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"70\"><strong>\u00abCastigo ejemplar\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resulta dif\u00edcil no sospechar de una posible presi\u00f3n en el caso del Va y Ven, sistema de transporte administrado por el Estado. Las protestas vecinales por al menos seis muertes previas relacionadas con estas unidades podr\u00edan haber llevado a las autoridades a buscar un \u00abcastigo ejemplar\u00bb. Sin embargo, esta firmeza parece diluirse cuando el acusado proviene de un entorno privilegiado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mensaje que estas decisiones dispares env\u00edan a la sociedad yucateca llama la atenci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan se observa en las discusiones en redes sociales: la severidad de la justicia podr\u00eda depender m\u00e1s del estatus socioecon\u00f3mico del infractor que de la gravedad del hecho o el da\u00f1o causado. Si conduces un autob\u00fas p\u00fablico, afrontar\u00e1s toda la fuerza de la ley; si manejas una camioneta de lujo, quiz\u00e1s s\u00f3lo recibas un rega\u00f1o judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas contradicciones afectan la confianza ciudadana en el sistema judicial. Una sociedad que percibe que la justicia se aplica con diferentes varas de medir seg\u00fan el origen social o los recursos econ\u00f3micos de los implicados, es una sociedad donde el Estado de Derecho se debilita.
