El acusado es se\u00f1alado como responsable de atropellar y causar la muerte de una mujer mientras conduc\u00eda un autob\u00fas del Sistema <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/transporteyucatan.org.mx\/rutas\">Va y Ven<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1208\">La medida fue solicitada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), que argument\u00f3 la posibilidad de fuga del acusado. Seg\u00fan fuentes judiciales, la jueza valor\u00f3 que J.C.M. proporcion\u00f3 inicialmente un domicilio y posteriormente, ya con representaci\u00f3n legal, se\u00f1al\u00f3 otro distinto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1208\">Esta inconsistencia fue considerada una violaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 168 del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, que establece los supuestos para dictar prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1208\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121450 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Domicilio-falso-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"312\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1280\"><strong data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1245\">Inconsistencias en el domicilio<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1573\">Adem\u00e1s de las contradicciones en los domicilios proporcionados, personal del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares evalu\u00f3 un predio que no fue debidamente acreditado con documentaci\u00f3n oficial, lo que reforz\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n judicial de mantener al acusado en prisi\u00f3n mientras contin\u00faa el proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1776\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que J.C.M. \u00fanicamente enfrenta cargos por homicidio cometido por culpa, ya que el delito de da\u00f1o en propiedad ajena por culpa qued\u00f3 extinguido tras recibir el perd\u00f3n legal correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1878\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La jueza dej\u00f3 claro que su resoluci\u00f3n responde a la ley y a las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1878\" data-is-last-node=\"\"
