{"id":121481,"date":"2025-05-13T18:23:35","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T00:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=121481"},"modified":"2025-05-13T18:23:35","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T00:23:35","slug":"proponen-democratizar-el-sistema-de-justicia-desde-la-scjn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/proponen-democratizar-el-sistema-de-justicia-desde-la-scjn\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen democratizar el sistema de justicia desde la SCJN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paula Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Villegas S\u00e1nchez Cordero, candidata a ministra de la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scjn.gob.mx\/\">Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> con el n\u00famero 12 en la boleta morada present\u00f3 sus propuestas durante una visita a M\u00e9rida, donde destac\u00f3 la necesidad de democratizar el sistema de impartici\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con 28 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el sistema judicial, la magistrada de circuito con licencia sin goce de sueldo enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201cel poder est\u00e1 de ese lado y el bal\u00f3n est\u00e1 del lado del pueblo de M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-121482\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-05-13-a-las-15.34.01_8dd320a9-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"595\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidata, quien acumula 14 a\u00f1os como juzgadora y alrededor de 25,000 sentencias dictadas, afirma que la reforma constitucional fortalecer\u00e1 la independencia del poder judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo tiene que tener alg\u00fan inter\u00e9s encima m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del respeto a la constituci\u00f3n y la conciencia de las y los juzgadores para servir a la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Villegas plante\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n integral de justicia social centrada en la judicializaci\u00f3n de derechos econ\u00f3micos, sociales y culturales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus prioridades destaca garantizar el acceso efectivo al derecho a una vivienda digna, agua potable, protecci\u00f3n de la salud y accesibilidad a las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n en todos los rincones del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su enfoque regionalista se manifest\u00f3 durante su estancia en Yucat\u00e1n, donde apareci\u00f3 vestida con el traje t\u00edpico local. \u201cSoy federalista, soy municipalista\u201d, declar\u00f3, reconociendo que \u201ccada una de las regiones del pa\u00eds tiene sus propios problemas hacia la justicia, pero hay un com\u00fan denominador: la falta de acceso a una justicia efectiva\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un pilar fundamental de su propuesta es la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los pueblos originarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Villegas se comprometi\u00f3 a promover la traducci\u00f3n de sentencias a las 68 lenguas de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y a reivindicar todos sus derechos desde la Corte. Celebr\u00f3 especialmente la elevaci\u00f3n a rango constitucional de las parteras y la medicina tradicional.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mejores perfiles para democratizar el Poder Judicial<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidata enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de que lleguen a la Suprema Corte \u201clos mejores perfiles\u201d con experiencia pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLo que te hace fuerte y te hace aprender no son los t\u00edtulos universitarios sino la vida laboral\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, aunque cuenta con doctorado en derecho y maestr\u00eda en la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Villegas aboga por una justicia \u201cpronta, humana y sensible\u201d que privilegie el propios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La candidata, quien pr\u00f3ximamente viajar\u00e1 a Rep\u00fablica Dominicana por haber obtenido primer lugar en la Cumbre Judicial Iberoamericana con una sentencia de su autor\u00eda, contin\u00faa recorriendo las entidades federativas en los \u00faltimos 15 d\u00edas de campa\u00f1a, promoviendo un proyecto de justicia que democratice el poder
