href=\"https:\/\/micuenta.infonavit.org.mx\/\">Infonavit<\/a><\/strong> comenzar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de las primeras 2,400 casas del Programa de Vivienda por el Bienestar en Yucat\u00e1n en San Marcos Nocoh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo anterior forma parte de una meta total de 9,500 unidades habitacionales dirigidas a trabajadores de uno y dos salarios m\u00ednimos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-121737\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/MAURICIO-SAHUI_INFONAVIT-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"544\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mauricio Sahu\u00ed Rivero, delegado del Infonavit en la entidad, confirm\u00f3 que los primeros contratos ya est\u00e1n firmados y se espera que las casas se entreguen en seis o siete meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa federal contempla la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas de 60 metros cuadrados con un precio de 530,000 pesos, una mejora significativa respecto a las opciones anteriores que ofrec\u00edan casas de apenas 40 a 42 metros cuadrados por precios entre 550,000 y 600,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>San Marcos Nocoh y municipios con viviendas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las nuevas viviendas se distribuir\u00e1n principalmente en M\u00e9rida y su zona conurbana, incluyendo los municipios de Um\u00e1n, Kanas\u00edn y Uc\u00fa, as\u00ed como en Progreso, Valladolid, Tizim\u00edn e Izamal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Um\u00e1n, espec\u00edficamente, se tienen proyectadas otras 600 viviendas adicionales a las de San Marcos Nocoh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inform\u00f3 que los beneficiarios del programa podr\u00e1n acceder a cr\u00e9ditos preferenciales con pagos mensuales de entre 550 y 600 pesos, gracias a una tasa de inter\u00e9s del 4% anual, considerablemente menor a las tasas comerciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ser elegibles, los derechohabientes deben cumplir con 1,080 puntos de cr\u00e9dito y mantener una relaci\u00f3n laboral vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa est\u00e1 espec\u00edficamente dise\u00f1ado para trabajadores que perciben de uno a dos salarios m\u00ednimos, ampliando el acceso a la vivienda para este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: style=\"text-align: justify;\">El delegado destac\u00f3 que hasta 2,500 viviendas estar\u00e1n disponibles para derechohabientes concentrados principalmente en M\u00e9rida y la zona metropolitana,
