La v\u00edctima denunci\u00f3 los hechos ocurridos d\u00edas atr\u00e1s en Motul.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"665\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito, con sede en M\u00e9rida, la Juez declar\u00f3 legal la detenci\u00f3n. Los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n y solicitaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso. Sin embargo, Leonardo \u00abN\u00bb se apeg\u00f3 a la pr\u00f3rroga de ley, por lo que la audiencia continuar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"999\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 289\/2025, el 14 de mayo Leonardo \u00abN\u00bb intercept\u00f3 a su expareja en el centro de Motul. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"999\"><strong>Golpes y abuso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"999\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Us\u00f3 amenazas para obligarla a subir a un veh\u00edculo de transporte p\u00fablico, un taxi de la L\u00ednea Azul. Dentro del veh\u00edculo la golpe\u00f3, la agredi\u00f3 psicol\u00f3gicamente y cometi\u00f3 actos lascivos contra ella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"999\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121766 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/COMBI-TAXIS-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"combi taxi abuso sexual Motul\" width=\"645\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1294\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Despu\u00e9s, condujo hacia Cansahcab, su lugar de origen, con la intenci\u00f3n de continuar la agresi\u00f3n sexual. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1294\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al llegar a su predio, detuvo el taxi y reanud\u00f3 los ataques. Sin embargo, varias personas intervinieron al notar lo que ocurr\u00eda y pidieron ayuda a trav\u00e9s del 911, logrando frenar el ataque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1439\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los fiscales argumentaron la necesidad de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y la autoridad judicial la concedi\u00f3 por el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1439\"><strong>Leer tambi\u00e9n:\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tragedia-atropellan-a-nino-cerca-de-el-corchito\/\">Tragedia: atropellan a ni\u00f1o cerca de \u201cEl Corchito\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1747\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las autoridades municipales de Cansahcab resguardaron el taxi, a solicitud de la FGE. Vecinos del agresor aseguran que no se trata de la primera mujer que sufre su violencia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1747\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alan que su conducta ha puesto en riesgo su empleo, aunque su padre, due\u00f1o de varios taxis en la agrupaci\u00f3n, lo protege.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1914\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hasta el momento, los taxistas de la L\u00ednea Azul de Motul no han emitido una postura sobre los hechos violentos que podr\u00edan tipificarse como tentativa de feminicidio.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leonardo \u00abN\u00bb fue detenido y vinculado a proceso tras golpear y abusar sexualmente de su ex en un taxi;
