como presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Yucat\u00e1n por voto popular directo, al obtener 82,005 sufragios en la elecci\u00f3n judicial extraordinaria celebrada el pasado domingo 1 de junio, seg\u00fan el resultado, dado a conocer en la p\u00e1gina oficial del Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iepac.mx\/\">IEPAC<\/a><\/span><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en Yucat\u00e1n alcanz\u00f3 el <strong>15.74%<\/strong>, equivalente a <strong>282,582 votos<\/strong> de una lista nominal de <strong>1,796,199 electores<\/strong>, superando significativamente la media nacional del <strong>12.09%<\/strong> con una diferencia de <strong>3.65 puntos porcentuales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta cifra coloca al estado entre las entidades con mayor participaci\u00f3n en el proceso electoral judicial del domingo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los nueve magistrados electos para integrar el Tribunal Superior de Justicia son: <strong>Erika Beatriz Torres L\u00f3pez<\/strong> (Magistratura II, 82,005 votos), <strong>Carolina Mu\u00f1oz Gasca<\/strong> (Magistratura X, 80,707 votos), <strong>Gerardo Mart\u00edn Chac\u00f3n Tuyub<\/strong> (Magistratura XI, 78,979 votos), <strong>Hern\u00e1n Jes\u00fas Vega Burgos<\/strong> (Magistratura XIV, 75,916 votos), <strong>Roberto Alfonso Carrillo Granados<\/strong> (Magistratura IX, 75,897 votos), <strong>Sof\u00eda Elena C\u00e1mara Gamboa<\/strong> (Magistratura VII, 76,084 votos), <strong>Jenny Mariana Garc\u00eda Brito<\/strong> (Magistratura I, 75,494 votos), <strong>Alan Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez Conde<\/strong> (Magistratura XV, 70,509 votos) y <strong>Claudia Crisol Antonio Mayor<\/strong> (Magistratura XIII, 70,326 votos).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-121971 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Elecciones1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"451\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El resultado electoral contiene una <strong>composici\u00f3n mayoritariamente femenina<\/strong> en el tribunal, con <strong>seis mujeres<\/strong> (66.7%) y <strong>tres hombres<\/strong> (33.3%), superando la paridad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Torres L\u00f3pez, quien obtuvo el <strong>29.02% de los votos v\u00e1lidos<\/strong>, asumir\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente la presidencia del organismo judicial por haber alcanzado la mayor votaci\u00f3n, convirti\u00e9ndose en la primera mujer en ocupar este cargo por mandato popular en la historia de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yucat\u00e1n, referente de participaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso electoral se desarroll\u00f3 sin incidentes mayores, con la <strong>instalaci\u00f3n del 100% de las 1,413 casillas<\/strong> distribuidas en los 21 consejos distritales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El conteo final revel\u00f3 que todos los candidatos ganadores obtuvieron ventajas superiores a los 50,000 votos sobre sus competidores m\u00e1s cercanos, evidenciando decisiones claras del electorado sin elecciones cerradas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La votaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s alta correspondi\u00f3 a Torres L\u00f3pez con 82,005 sufragios, mientras que la menor fue para Antonio Mayor con 70,326 votos, estableciendo una diferencia de 11,679 votos entre los extremos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta elecci\u00f3n representa la <strong>primera experiencia de voto popular<\/strong> para elegir integrantes del Poder Judicial en M\u00e9xico, como resultado de la reforma judicial promulgada en septiembre de 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso extraordinario en Yucat\u00e1n se organiz\u00f3 en tiempo r\u00e9cord, considerando que tradicionalmente un proceso electoral requiere al menos un a\u00f1o de preparaci\u00f3n, mientras que este se ejecut\u00f3 en aproximadamente tres meses desde la convocatoria emitida por el Congreso del Estado el 10 de marzo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los magistrados electos tomar\u00e1n posesi\u00f3n el <strong>1 de septiembre<\/strong>, tras la conclusi\u00f3n de los plazos para impugnaciones establecidos para el 28 de agosto. Con este resultado, Yucat\u00e1n se posiciona como referente nacional en la implementaci\u00f3n de la reforma judicial, estableciendo un precedente de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana efectiva y
