{"id":122012,"date":"2025-06-05T12:12:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T18:12:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=122012"},"modified":"2025-06-07T20:41:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-08T02:41:38","slug":"denuncia-por-nueva-afectacion-en-la-reserva-ecologica-cuxtal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/denuncia-por-nueva-afectacion-en-la-reserva-ecologica-cuxtal\/","title":{"rendered":"Denuncia por nueva afectaci\u00f3n en la Reserva Ecol\u00f3gica Cuxtal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Reserva Ecol\u00f3gica Cuxtal present\u00f3 una denuncia formal ante la\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/fge.yucatan.gob.mx\/\">Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/a><\/strong> (FGE) por la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades irregulares dentro de su pol\u00edgono, espec\u00edficamente en la zona norte colindante con las colonias Villa Bonita y Plan de Ayala sur que ponen en riesgo el patrimonio ecol\u00f3gico y la integridad territorial de la Reserva.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-122014\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-06-05-a-las-12.01.19_c4f3b64b-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas actividades incluyen el derribo de vegetaci\u00f3n forestal, quemas recientes, delimitaci\u00f3n r\u00fastica de lotes con sogas, cartulinas y pintura, as\u00ed como la acumulaci\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. Tambi\u00e9n, se identific\u00f3 la presencia de veh\u00edculos y personas realizando limpieza y marcas con nombres, lo que sugiere la intenci\u00f3n de apropiaci\u00f3n irregular de predios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derivado de lo anterior y ante la posible comisi\u00f3n de delitos ambientales por el uso indebido del suelo forestal, el Organismo P\u00fablico que opera y administra la Reserva Ecol\u00f3gica Cuxtal, present\u00f3 una denuncia formal ante la FGE el pasado martes 3 de junio de 2025, solicitando la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes para frenar estas actividades que vulneran y ponen en riesgo al pulm\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-122013\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2025-06-05-a-las-12.01.20_8990d87e-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La superficie afectada abarca aproximadamente 11.52 hect\u00e1reas de vegetaci\u00f3n secundaria arb\u00f3rea de selva baja caducifolia, h\u00e1bitat de especies de flora nativa como ja\u02bcb\u00edn, chaka\u02bc, tzalam, kitinch\u00e9, sac katzim, katz\u00edn negro, entre otras. Estas actividades ponen en riesgo la biodiversidad y la integridad ecol\u00f3gica de la Reserva Cuxtal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te puede interesar:\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a
