Jacinto Sosa Novelo, otorg\u00f3 la constancia de registro oficial a la empresa operadora de la aplicaci\u00f3n inDrive, lo que le permitir\u00e1 su operaci\u00f3n legal en todo el territorio estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta constancia, dicha empresa se convierte en un operador formalmente registrado en Yucat\u00e1n, cumpliendo con lo establecido en la Ley de la Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n, y refrendando as\u00ed el compromiso de esta administraci\u00f3n con la legalidad, la transparencia y la seguridad en los servicios de transporte mediante plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-122085 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ATY-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ATY-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ATY-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/ATY-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resultado de este proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n, miles de conductores podr\u00e1n ofrecer el servicio bajo condiciones claras, sujetas a lineamientos operativos establecidos por la ATY. La constancia tiene vigencia de un a\u00f1o y garantiza que los operadores cuenten con certificados vehiculares y de conductor, seguros vigentes, y que la empresa reporte informaci\u00f3n de operaci\u00f3n a la ATY peri\u00f3dicamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa regulaci\u00f3n de las plataformas digitales es parte esencial para garantizar una movilidad m\u00e1s ordenada, moderna y segura. Reconocer oficialmente a quienes cumplen con la normatividad nos permite generar certeza tanto para los usuarios como para los conductores\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Sosa Novelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante la representante de InDrive, Karla Arreola, Especialista de Relaciones con Gobierno de M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica; el Titular de la ATY se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tras la entrega de la constancia de registro el siguiente paso es que las y los conductores de la plataforma cumplan con el requisito de realizar la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la calidad del servicio para obtener su certificado como parte de las acciones que emprende la Agencia para garantizar viajes seguros a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esta acci\u00f3n, la Agencia de Transporte refrenda su compromiso con una movilidad basada en reglas claras, transparencia y condiciones que brinden seguridad y certeza a quienes utilizan estos servicios todos los
