El organismo se\u00f1ala que una medida abrupta podr\u00eda aumentar la informalidad y poner en riesgo los empleos formales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Canaco Servytur representa el 75 % del empleo formal en Yucat\u00e1n. Seg\u00fan su an\u00e1lisis, m\u00e1s del 55 % de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada ya se encuentra en la informalidad. Una reforma sin gradualidad y acompa\u00f1amiento fiscal podr\u00eda agravar esta tendencia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-122118\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/40-HORAS-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/40-HORAS-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/40-HORAS-1536x859.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/40-HORAS-2048x1145.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En respuesta, el organismo propuso una ruta de transici\u00f3n laboral basada en tres ejes: implementaci\u00f3n gradual por sector hasta 2030, incentivos a la formalidad y creaci\u00f3n de un observatorio que permita ajustes oportunos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La instituci\u00f3n considera que la reforma debe acompa\u00f1arse de mecanismos de financiamiento, subsidios, deducci\u00f3n de n\u00f3mina, reducci\u00f3n fiscal y capacitaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 simplificaci\u00f3n administrativa para negocios familiares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una encuesta de Concanaco revela que la mayor\u00eda de los empresarios considera inviable reducir la jornada sin consecuencias negativas.
