{"id":122161,"date":"2025-06-11T14:56:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T20:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=122161"},"modified":"2025-06-11T20:36:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T02:36:38","slug":"dos-detenidos-por-destruir-manglar-en-sisal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/dos-detenidos-por-destruir-manglar-en-sisal\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos detenidos por destruir manglar en Sisal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MailCompose\">La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/profepa\">Profepa<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) confirm\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de dos personas por su presunta responsabilidad en delitos ambientales relacionados con la deforestaci\u00f3n de manglar en el puerto de Sisal, en el municipio de Hunucm\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Medina, representante de la Profepa en Yucat\u00e1n, inform\u00f3 que los implicados fueron detenidos recientemente y se encuentran en prisi\u00f3n preventiva, en tanto se desahogan las audiencias del proceso penal a nivel federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abHubo \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n. Hay dos detenidos por estos il\u00edcitos ambientales. Se est\u00e1n desarrollando las audiencias y el procedimiento penal\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Gonz\u00e1lez Medina.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-122162\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 676px) 100vw, 676px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Profepa asegura terreno deforestado<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La investigaci\u00f3n se origin\u00f3 tras la tala masiva de m\u00e1s de cuatro hect\u00e1reas de manglar frente al mar, un hecho que afect\u00f3 gravemente a los ecosistemas locales, incluyendo h\u00e1bitats de aves y mam\u00edferos silvestres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El terreno deforestado qued\u00f3 asegurado por la Profepa a finales de febrero pasado, luego de la presentaci\u00f3n de una denuncia penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a las indagatorias, las autoridades lograron identificar y capturar a los presuntos responsables, quienes habr\u00edan causado da\u00f1os a terrenos considerados propiedad de la naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se desarrollan procesos administrativos que podr\u00edan derivar en
