Aunque esta cifra se encuentra por debajo del promedio nacional \u2014que supera el 60%\u2014, las autoridades reconocen que sigue siendo un reto importante y est\u00e1n intensificando las acciones para promover empleos formales con seguridad social, prestaciones y estabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"1033\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luis Borjas Romero, subsecretario del Trabajo del estado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que existen condiciones propicias para fomentar el empleo formal en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como la construcci\u00f3n, el comercio, los servicios y el turismo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"1033\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cUn maestro alba\u00f1il puede llegar a ganar m\u00e1s de 20 mil pesos mensuales con todas sus prestaciones, lo cual representa una oportunidad laboral muy atractiva\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p universidades y los organismos empresariales para vincular a m\u00e1s personas con plazas laborales formales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1504\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta estrategia busca cerrar la brecha entre empleo y derechos laborales, en una entidad donde, a pesar de registrar una de las tasas de desempleo m\u00e1s bajas del pa\u00eds (1.5%), m\u00e1s de la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada carece de acceso a prestaciones b\u00e1sicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1856\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con datos del INEGI, Yucat\u00e1n presenta una tasa de participaci\u00f3n laboral del 65%, pero la mayor\u00eda de quienes trabajan lo hacen en condiciones de informalidad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1856\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante esta realidad, las autoridades estatales buscan elevar los \u00edndices de formalidad, especialmente en el sector tur\u00edstico, considerado clave para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico regional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"2037\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl objetivo es claro: mejorar la calidad del empleo y ampliar el acceso a derechos laborales para m\u00e1s de un
