Las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas atraviesan una escasez importante de talento tecnol\u00f3gico que limita su adopci\u00f3n de nuevas herramientas digitales, advierte An\u00edbal Ju\u00e1rez, director general de YellowTech.<\/p>\n

La empresa, con 30 a\u00f1os en el mercado tecnol\u00f3gico, atiende desde microempresas de 10 empleados hasta compa\u00f1\u00edas de 300 colaboradores en sectores como construcci\u00f3n, hospitalidad y servicios profesionales.<\/p>\n

Sin talento tecnol\u00f3gico\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00abEl principal problema que exponen la mayor\u00eda de los clientes cuando llegan contigo es implementar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que ayuden a sus empresas a ser m\u00e1s competitivas, pero su equipo interno no cuenta con las habilidades o conocimiento para hacerlo\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

YellowTech evolucion\u00f3 desde el armado tradicional de computadoras hasta convertirse en proveedor de servicios de c\u00f3mputo en la nube administrados.<\/p>\n

Actualmente trabaja con las principales plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas del mercado como Microsoft, Google y Amazon.<\/p>\n

Problema educativo en m\u00faltiples niveles<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El directivo atribuye esta carencia de talento a deficiencias educativas estructurales. \u00abFalta de talento y de oportunidades para que los equipos internos de las \u00e1reas de tecnolog\u00eda en las empresas se desarrollen. En los tres niveles: educaci\u00f3n de gobierno, educaci\u00f3n en escuelas y educaci\u00f3n en familias\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n

La empresa responde a estos problemas ofreciendo productos, servicios y capacitaci\u00f3n para ayudar a empresas y colaboradores a enfrentar estos retos tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n

\u00abGenerar una cultura organizacional que atraiga talento a la empresa, ya que actualmente nuestros servicios son muy demandados, y el talento es escaso y complicado desarrollar\u00bb, identific\u00f3 Ju\u00e1rez como el principal reto que enfrentan empresas como la suya.<\/p>\n

Esta escasez de especialistas contrasta con un mercado potencial enorme: cerca del 94% de las empresas en M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos son PyMEs, lo que abre \u00abun oc\u00e9ano de posibilidades para crecer en M\u00e9xico y el mercado norteamericano\u00bb, seg\u00fan el empresario.<\/p>\n

YellowTech atiende clientes desde la isla de Cozumel hasta Tijuana, abarcando industrias diversas como construcci\u00f3n, hospitalidad, educaci\u00f3n, retail, hospitales, textileros y servicios profesionales.<\/p>\n

La \u00fanica condici\u00f3n para entregar sus servicios es que los clientes cuenten con conexi\u00f3n a internet.<\/p>\n

Casos de \u00e9xito demuestran viabilidad<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Entre los clientes destacados de la empresa se encuentra Gaya, l\u00edder en edificaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de oficinas en M\u00e9xico, con quien mantiene una relaci\u00f3n comercial de m\u00e1s de 22 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n atiende a Watson Phillips, la comercializadora m\u00e1s antigua de M\u00e9xico fundada en 1824 y poseedora de r\u00e9cord Guinness.<\/p>\n

\u00abUna de las empresas l\u00edderes en edificaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n de oficinas en M\u00e9xico es uno de nuestros clientes, realmente es uno de los clientes m\u00e1s antiguos con que contamos, poco m\u00e1s de 22 a\u00f1os apoy\u00e1ndolos\u00bb, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n

La principal fuente de nuevos clientes proviene de recomendaciones de los ya existentes o de los fabricantes que representan, lo que refleja la confianza construida en tres d\u00e9cadas de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
