justify;\">Durante la conferencia semanera, inform\u00f3 que Brenda Ruz Dur\u00e1n renunci\u00f3 a la direcci\u00f3n del DIF Municipal.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-122482\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Cecilia-Patron-3.jpg\" alt=\"Patr\u00f3n anuncia reestructura de gabinete e intensifica acciones en limpieza y gesti\u00f3n de lluvias\" width=\"677\" height=\"379\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gerardo L\u00f3pez Fern\u00e1ndez ocupar\u00e1 su lugar y en la subsecretar\u00eda de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana que estaba a su cargo estar\u00e1 Dafne L\u00f3pez Osorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La funcionaria era subdirectora de Mercados y en su lugar se nombr\u00f3 a Isa\u00edas Sosa Avil\u00e9s que se desempa\u00f1aba como jefe Administrativo en la Direcci\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Retorna al gabinete municipal\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, retorna al Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida, Luis Jorge Montalvo Duarte, quien es el nuevo director de Servicios P\u00fablicos Municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El titular de esa dependencia municipal Jorge Alberto Espinosa Atoche se encargar\u00e1 de coordinar las paramunicipales y los proyectos especiales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Patr\u00f3n Laviada justific\u00f3 estos ajustes como parte de la optimizaci\u00f3n administrativa tras casi 10 meses de gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sanciones m\u00e1s severas por tirar basura<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En materia de salud p\u00fablica y limpieza urbana, Patr\u00f3n Laviada anunci\u00f3 una propuesta de reforma al reglamento municipal que elevar\u00e1 dr\u00e1sticamente las sanciones por arrojar basura en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, pasando de un rango actual de 10 a 100 UMAs a una escala de 10 a 500 UMAs, lo que representa un incremento del 400% en la multa m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta medida se complementar\u00e1 con la creaci\u00f3n de una polic\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica especializada que entrar\u00e1 en funciones en aproximadamente 15
