El gobernador Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena anunci\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de 39 millones de pesos para fortalecer la Universidad de Oriente de Valladolid (UNO), reafirmando su compromiso con el presente y futuro de las juventudes yucatecas.<\/p>\n

Ante la comunidad universitaria, el titular del Ejecutivo estatal dio a conocer que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la construcci\u00f3n de un comedor universitario, donde se invertir\u00e1n 16.4 millones; de domos en espacios deportivos con un total de 19.1 millones; y el equipamiento de 58 aulas con aires acondicionados inverter, con una inversi\u00f3n de cuatro millones.<\/p>\n

D\u00edaz Mena se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, con estas obras en la Universidad de Oriente, est\u00e1n garantizando condiciones dignas para el aprendizaje en una regi\u00f3n de altas temperaturas. \u00abLa construcci\u00f3n de un comedor universitario, la edificaci\u00f3n de domos y el equipamiento de aulas beneficiar\u00e1n directamente a las y los estudiantes del oriente del estado\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Que ning\u00fan joven se quede atr\u00e1s<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Destac\u00f3 que estas acciones forman parte del Gobierno del Renacimiento Maya, que impulsa una nueva etapa de transformaci\u00f3n educativa con la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas universidades p\u00fablicas, como la Universidad Rosario Castellanos y la Universidad del Mar, as\u00ed como el lanzamiento del programa de becas \u201cJuventudes Renacimiento\u201d, para que ning\u00fan joven se quede atr\u00e1s por falta de recursos.<\/p>\n

\"Universidad En su mensaje, dijo que la mejor inversi\u00f3n es en el futuro de las juventudes, recordando que en su \u00e9poca no exist\u00edan becas y que tuvo que trabajar como mesero para costear sus estudios, demostrando que el esfuerzo y la perseverancia rinden frutos, y agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo del Gobierno federal que encabeza la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo por la coordinaci\u00f3n para hacer realidad estas mejoras.<\/p>\n

En el acto, el gobernador rindi\u00f3 homenaje al empresario e impulsor de este plantel Jos\u00e9 Manuel Aguilar M\u00e9ndez, a quien reconoci\u00f3 como un visionario y promotor clave en la creaci\u00f3n de esta casa de estudios, al inaugurar el Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje y la Investigaci\u00f3n (CRAI), que lleva su nombre.<\/p>\n

\"Universidad<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el rector de la Universidad de Oriente, Didier Manuel de Jes\u00fas Barrera Novelo, reconoci\u00f3 el valor hist\u00f3rico de la visita de D\u00edaz Mena, la primera en m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada en la que un Gobernador se re\u00fane directamente con la comunidad universitaria.<\/p>\n

En este encuentro, dio a conocer el crecimiento de la instituci\u00f3n en sus nueve meses de gesti\u00f3n, pues recientemente registr\u00f3 526 nuevos ingresos, un aumento del 20% respecto al ciclo anterior, consolid\u00e1ndose como primera opci\u00f3n para m\u00e1s de 1,500 j\u00f3venes del oriente del estado.<\/p>\n

Transformaci\u00f3n del sector educativo<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A su vez, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Juan Enrique Balam V\u00e1rguez, destac\u00f3 que esta transformaci\u00f3n en el sector educativo se construye con bases s\u00f3lidas, articulando esfuerzos entre los tres niveles de gobierno para garantizar una educaci\u00f3n digna, inclusiva y de calidad.<\/p>\n

\u00abHoy reafirmamos nuestra voluntad de seguir fortaleciendo el sistema educativo estatal con visi\u00f3n, esfuerzo y cercan\u00eda con la comunidad universitaria. Como parte del Gobierno del Renacimiento Maya, se anunciar\u00e1n nuevos programas y acciones para mejorar la infraestructura educativa del plantel, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas instituciones p\u00fablicas que ampl\u00eden las oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n en todo el estado\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n

En el evento estuvieron presentes el alcalde de Valladolid, Homero Novelo Burgos; el empresario homenajeado, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Aguilar M\u00e9ndez; el presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del H. Congreso del Estado, Wilmer Monforte Marfil; el diputado federal Venustiano Caamal Cocom; as\u00ed como la diputada local Rosana de Jes\u00fas Couoh Chan y el diputado local Wilber Dzul Canul.<\/p>\n
