Adem\u00e1s, el municipio de Progreso no tiene injerencia en la zona, de acuerdo con la Ley Org\u00e1nica de los Municipios del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Movimiento Ciudadano denunci\u00f3 que el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad (INSEJUPY) registr\u00f3 el tablaje 9858 como parte de Progreso. El oficio que respalda este registro tiene el folio electr\u00f3nico 1107539.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La polic\u00eda estatal sin facultades para retirar sellos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La organizaci\u00f3n reiter\u00f3 que la SSP no tiene competencia para definir l\u00edmites municipales ni para retirar sellos sin orden judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Dzemul defendi\u00f3 su derecho a ejercer actos de regulaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de uso de suelo. Este derecho se basa en los l\u00edmites definidos por la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes estatales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El s\u00e1bado, la SSP intervino tras un reporte ciudadano sobre la clausura de un local. El partido subray\u00f3 la importancia de garantizar la autonom\u00eda municipal en Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan un comunicado, el alcalde de Dzemul, Jos\u00e9 Wilfrido Flota Ak\u00e9, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n con representantes del Gobierno del Estado, prevaleciendo la voluntad pol\u00edtica de las autoridades involucradas, para regularizar los
