Pero puedo afirmar con toda certeza y con la frente en alto que no son verdaderas las acusaciones presentadas por la otra parte y que en el momento procesal procedente har\u00e9 del conocimiento de la parte juzgadora las pruebas que acompa\u00f1an mi dicho\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Echazarreta Torres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-122840 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Rafael-Echazarreta.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"603\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 al equipo jur\u00eddico por el trabajo profesional que han desarrollado y que<br \/>\ncontinuar\u00eda haciendo. \u201cA mi familia por su apoyo y a mis compa\u00f1eros de partido por su solidaridad\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/category\/politica\/\">PRI condena detenci\u00f3n de Rafael Echazarreta y acusa persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTengo un compromiso con la verdad y este proceso legal no va a influir en mi manera de actuar en defensa de mis ideales y que reafirmar lo que pienso hasta ahora que es el Derecho el \u00fanico instrumento que tenemos los ciudadanos para defendernos de los abusos de poder\u00bb, finaliz\u00f3 diciendo Echazarreta Torres.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Aclaran que no es persecuci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Por su parte, Horacio De Freitas Da Silva, quien acus\u00f3 al dirigente del PRI en M\u00e9rida de fraude por un monto de 12.5 millones de pesos. De Freitas aclar\u00f3 que no se trata de persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>El empresario explic\u00f3 que entreg\u00f3 el dinero en diciembre de 2023 para un acuerdo de inversi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, nunca recibi\u00f3 resultados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEchazarreta me dio como garant\u00eda un hotel en Canc\u00fan, pero ya estaba embargado. Vend\u00ed una bodega para cubrir la deuda\u00bb, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De Freitas tambi\u00e9n dijo que parte del dinero no era suyo y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el priista lo enga\u00f1\u00f3 con promesas falsas durante m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConozco al menos a 10 personas que tambi\u00e9n le dieron dinero y no les pag\u00f3.
