La deuda promedio por contribuyente asciende a <strong>21,875 pesos<\/strong>, aunque en conjunto representa un impacto importante en las finanzas municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de una nueva estrategia, se firmar\u00e1 un convenio con la Sociedad de Informaci\u00f3n Crediticia <strong>C\u00edrculo de Cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>, para reportar a estos morosos en el bur\u00f3 crediticio y con ello afectar su capacidad para acceder a cr\u00e9ditos bancarios o financiamientos, especialmente si planean futuros desarrollos inmobiliarios o empresariales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-122964 size-full\" title=\"Van por grandes morosos del predial en M\u00e9rida \" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/CIRCULO-DE-CREDITO_MERIDA-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Van por grandes morosos del predial en M\u00e9rida \" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los grandes deudores del impuesto predial\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida qued\u00f3 aprobada por el Cabildo el pasado 11 de julio y se enfocar\u00e1 exclusivamente en contribuyentes con adeudos superiores a <strong>100 mil pesos cada uno<\/strong>, en su mayor\u00eda empresas con grandes extensiones de tierra, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 <strong>Marisol Cen Caamal<\/strong>, directora de Finanzas y Tesorer\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSe trata de personas o empresas con terrenos o construcciones grandes, que no han pagado el predial durante a\u00f1os. Hemos identificado unos 1,600 deudores entre los m\u00e1s de <strong>540 mil predios<\/strong> que existen en M\u00e9rida\u201d, explic\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00edrculo de Cr\u00e9dito es una de las tres sociedades autorizadas por la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y supervisadas por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria para administrar historiales crediticios en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso incluye varias etapas: primero se notificar\u00e1 a los deudores, se les ofrecer\u00e1n facilidades de pago y opciones de convenio sin intereses. Solo si persiste el incumplimiento, ser\u00e1n reportados al bur\u00f3, lo que podr\u00eda complicar o encarecer su acceso a financiamientos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Te puede inicio de a\u00f1o para pagar el predial y contribuir al mantenimiento de la ciudad, estos grandes deudores \u2014que representan apenas el 0.29% del total de predios\u2014 han evadido de forma sistem\u00e1tica su obligaci\u00f3n fiscal, afectando al erario municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La aplicaci\u00f3n de esta herramienta ser\u00e1 exclusiva para <strong>cr\u00e9ditos fiscales de alto monto<\/strong>, buscando un beneficio tangible para la Hacienda Municipal mediante el uso responsable de mecanismos financieros de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p
