De acuerdo con los denunciantes, cinco de sus hijos han cuidado y trabajado el terreno durante varios a\u00f1os, pero no han podido concluir el tr\u00e1mite legal de sucesi\u00f3n por falta de recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1406\"><strong>Sospechas de la familia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1406\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La familia indic\u00f3 que la disputa coincide con un posible inter\u00e9s del Ayuntamiento para destinar el predio a un programa de vivienda que estar\u00eda relacionado con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi). <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1406\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-123418 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Kinchil\" width=\"625\" height=\"404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-2-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-2-1536x992.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-2-2048x1323.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1406\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se\u00f1alan que la presi\u00f3n provendr\u00eda del gobierno local y que, seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n, la Conavi ha mostrado disposici\u00f3n a respetar el marco legal y la propiedad de quienes acrediten posesi\u00f3n leg\u00edtima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1769\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este martes, los denunciantes reportaron una nueva intrusi\u00f3n de personal con equipo de topograf\u00eda, presuntamente enviado por la autoridad municipal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1769\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Indicaron que las personas ingresaron sin autorizaci\u00f3n y que todo qued\u00f3 documentado en video. A\u00f1adieron que, aunque hicieron m\u00faltiples llamadas a la Polic\u00eda Municipal, no se registr\u00f3 presencia de patrullas en el lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1769\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-123417 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Kinchil\" width=\"605\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-1-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-1-1536x1144.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/KINCHIL-1-2048x1525.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1999\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La familia present\u00f3 copia de un documento oficial que acredita la titularidad del terreno a nombre de Jos\u00e9 Matilde Dzul Canul, con fecha del 20 de diciembre de 1960 y un valor catastral estimado en $147,715.84 pesos al a\u00f1o 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2180\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan relatan, han intentado entablar di\u00e1logo con las autoridades locales sin \u00e9xito. Aseguran que los ignoran y que sus solicitudes no han recibido respuesta institucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2390\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El caso ocurre en el contexto del pr\u00f3ximo primer informe de gobierno municipal, ante lo cual, habitantes de Kinchil se preguntan si este conflicto ser\u00e1 abordado por el alcalde
