Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.codhey.org\/#\/\">CODHEY<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) expresa su preocupaci\u00f3n y lamenta los actos de violencia ocurridos ayer en el municipio de Tzucacab, los cuales pusieron en riesgo la integridad f\u00edsica de las personas manifestantes y de otras personas que se encontraban en el lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien reconoce que existe una leg\u00edtima inconformidad y un profundo dolor por el reciente fallecimiento de una persona en la c\u00e1rcel municipal, esta Comisi\u00f3n insta a confiar en que las autoridades competentes realizar\u00e1n las investigaciones pertinentes para esclarecer con prontitud y transparencia las causas del deceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, la CODHEY informa que, con motivo del fallecimiento de una persona al interior de la c\u00e1rcel municipal de Tzucacab, ocurrido el pasado martes 19 de agosto, inici\u00f3 una queja de oficio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-123786 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Palacio-municipal-Tzucacab-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mismo d\u00eda de los hechos, personal especializado de esta Comisi\u00f3n se traslad\u00f3 al municipio para realizar las primeras diligencias de investigaci\u00f3n y recabar informaci\u00f3n relevante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se solicit\u00f3 un informe de los hechos a la autoridad del municipio de Tzucacab.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Compromiso humano<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante destacar que, como parte de sus atribuciones, el Centro de Supervisi\u00f3n Permanente de Organismos P\u00fablicos de la CODHEY realiza supervisiones peri\u00f3dicas en las 106 c\u00e1rceles municipales, con el objetivo de verificar el cumplimiento de los est\u00e1ndares legales y humanos aplicables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dichas revisiones tienen como fin identificar \u00e1reas de oportunidad y formular recomendaciones a las autoridades para mejorar las condiciones de las c\u00e1rceles y garantizar los derechos de las personas privadas de la libertad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La CODHEY reitera su plena disposici\u00f3n para colaborar con las autoridades en la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas que
