style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sindicatoprogresistadelpoderjudicial\/?locale=es_LA\">Sindicato Progresista<\/a><\/span><\/strong> denunci\u00f3 que, pese a la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas plazas dentro del Poder Judicial, estas no fueron asignadas a trabajadores con carrera judicial, lo que consideran una ofensa a su experiencia y trayectoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYa van dos listas publicadas de empleados que concursaron para ocupar el puesto de Secretarios Auxiliares y, aunque hay vacantes en los juzgados, simplemente no los quieren contratar\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la secretaria general, Luisa In\u00e9s Mart\u00edn Puc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La lideresa sindical advirti\u00f3 que recientemente se abrieron categor\u00edas como Asistente Legal, Auxiliar Administrativo o Ayudante de Archivo, con sueldos bajos y sin reconocimiento profesional, pero se les obliga a realizar funciones propias de T\u00e9cnicos Judiciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cObviamente el personal ya se cans\u00f3 de que les exijan y los exploten con extenuantes jornadas de trabajo, sin que les paguen conforme a derecho\u201d, acus\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-123960 aligncenter\" legales sufren desigualdad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mart\u00edn Puc subray\u00f3 que un ejemplo claro se da en el Juzgado Mixto de Izamal, donde no hay T\u00e9cnicos Judiciales ni Secretarios de Estudio y Cuenta, y son los Asistentes Legales quienes deben redactar sentencias con un salario de 5 mil 400 pesos quincenales, mientras que un Proyectista percibe el triple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsto ocurre con pleno conocimiento de la magistrada presidenta Canto Vald\u00e9s, quien no hizo nada para remediarlo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La secretaria general indic\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 1 de septiembre la magistrada presidenta entregar\u00e1 la administraci\u00f3n a su sucesora, Erika L\u00f3pez Torres, dejando pendiente la regularizaci\u00f3n de estas plazas y la recategorizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 200 trabajadores que han sido ignorados en sus derechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs un rezago que heredar\u00e1 la nueva gesti\u00f3n y que exigimos sea atendido con seriedad\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Basificaciones otorgadas con favoritismo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, record\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o se entregaron m\u00e1s de 100 basificaciones, pero fueron negadas a empleados con carrera judicial y, en cambio, otorgadas por amiguismo, nepotismo o intereses pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIncluso se contrat\u00f3 a personas cercanas a los directivos, quienes recibieron la base con apenas dos meses de trabajo\u201d, reproch\u00f3 la dirigente, quien dijo que esta situaci\u00f3n mantiene a la base trabajadora en un estado de indignaci\u00f3n y
