Minutos despu\u00e9s de asumir la presidencia del Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n, Erika Torres L\u00f3pez, afirm\u00f3 que no declinar\u00e1 a ese cargo y ofreci\u00f3 una nueva era para la justicia en el estado.<\/p>\n

En sesi\u00f3n solemne en el Palacio de Cristal, rindi\u00f3 compromiso constitucional y se integr\u00f3 al pleno de ese \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional junto con otras cinco magistraturas electas en el pasado mes de junio.<\/p>\n

Con ella llegaron tambi\u00e9n Jenny Mariana Garc\u00eda Brito, Sof\u00eda C\u00e1mara Gamboa, Claudia Antonio Mayor, Hern\u00e1n Vega Burgos y Alan Hern\u00e1ndez Conde.<\/p>\n

Se unen a Lizette Mimenza Herrera, Mario Castro Alcocer, Carolina Silvestre Canto Vald\u00e9s, Alberto Salum Ventre, Patricia Gamboa Wong y Mauricio Tappan Silveira impuestos por el ex gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal.<\/p>\n

En marzo pr\u00f3ximo se ir\u00e1n los priistas Ingrid Priego C\u00e1rdenas, Jos\u00e9 Rub\u00e9n Ruiz Ram\u00edrez, Leticia Cob\u00e1 Maga\u00f1a y se integrar\u00e1n Carolina Mu\u00f1oz Gasca, Roberto Carrillo Granados y Gerardo Chac\u00f3n Tuyub.<\/p>\n

No es un triunfo personal: Erika Torres<\/strong><\/h3>\n

En su mensaje, Erika Torres como presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia (TSJ) y del Consejo de la Judicatura afirm\u00f3 estar consciente de la enorme responsabilidad que implica ser la primera mujer en la historia electa por voto directo para ocupar este cargo.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEste hecho no lo asumo como un triunfo personal, sino como un momento hist\u00f3rico que pertenece a todas y todos los yucatecos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Torres L\u00f3pez se dirigi\u00f3 directamente a las y los trabajadores del tribunal, asegur\u00e1ndoles que su labor ya no ser\u00e1 invisible.<\/p>\n

Reconoci\u00f3 su esfuerzo diario como el verdadero motor de la instituci\u00f3n y se comprometi\u00f3 a mejorar sus condiciones laborales.<\/p>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, el Gobernador Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena, exhort\u00f3 a hacer un esfuerzo para impulsar una pol\u00edtica de austeridad dentro del Poder Judicial, para que disminuyan gastos superfluos, revisando tabuladores salariales de la alta burocracia y suprimiendo bonos considerados inaceptables.<\/p>\n

De igual forma, anunci\u00f3 que enviar\u00e1 al Congreso del Estado una iniciativa para regular los ingresos de los funcionarios de los tres poderes del estado, asegurando que ning\u00fan servidor p\u00fablico gane m\u00e1s que el Gobernador.<\/p>\n

No obstante, exhort\u00f3 al TSJ a iniciar este proceso de inmediato como un acto de compromiso con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Antes, las magistradas y magistrados que integran el Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial llevaron a cabo la primera sesi\u00f3n de Pleno de este \u00f3rgano colegiado, en la que qued\u00f3 debidamente instalado y se eligi\u00f3 por unanimidad a la magistrada Sara Estrella Le\u00f3n como presidenta del mismo.<\/p>\n

Este nuevo \u00f3rgano lo integran tambi\u00e9n: Landy Pino Barrera y Mirka Sahu\u00ed Rivero, as\u00ed como por los magistrados Mauricio Cant\u00f3n D\u00e1ger y R\u00f3mulo Bonilla Casta\u00f1eda.<\/p>\n
