El dictamen forense confirm\u00f3 asfixia mec\u00e1nica por sofocaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del hecho, la acusada se provoc\u00f3 lesiones, por lo que ingres\u00f3 a un hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda yucateca present\u00f3 las pruebas reunidas ante el Juez de Control, quien orden\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n y la
