{"id":124239,"date":"2025-09-11T06:03:21","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T12:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=124239"},"modified":"2025-09-11T06:03:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T12:03:21","slug":"cuestionan-falta-de-resultados-en-una-investigacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/cuestionan-falta-de-resultados-en-una-investigacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuestionan falta de resultados en una investigaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"158\" data-end=\"455\">El diputado de Movimiento Ciudadano, Javier Osante Sol\u00eds, cuestion\u00f3 la falta de avances en la investigaci\u00f3n de la Agencia de Transporte de Yucat\u00e1n (ATY), tras los se\u00f1alamientos de que el exdirector Rafael Hern\u00e1ndez Kotasek dej\u00f3 una \u201cherencia maldita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"646\">Osante se\u00f1al\u00f3 que existen 60 unidades del sistema Va y Ven que permanecen guardadas. La ATY paga por ellas cuatro millones de pesos mensuales, lo que representa m\u00e1s de 48 millones al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"646\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28134\" src=\"https:\/\/www.legisladoresyucatan.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CONGRESO_TARIFAS.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"787\">El legislador indic\u00f3 que esas unidades no operan por temas pol\u00edticos. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que los recursos provienen del fideicomiso n\u00famero F\/2460492.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"1001\">Record\u00f3 que hace cinco meses el Congreso design\u00f3 por unanimidad al actual director de la ATY, Jacinto Sosa Novelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"1001\">En ese momento, el funcionario denunci\u00f3 irregularidades, aunque no se han presentado resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1110\">Osante subray\u00f3 que el transporte p\u00fablico debe garantizarse como un derecho y no tratarse como un negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1301\">\u201cEl propio director habla de que el transporte no es rentable. Que nos diga en qu\u00e9 estado del pa\u00eds el transporte p\u00fablico resulta rentable sin subsidio gubernamental\u201d, expres\u00f3 el diputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1436\">Apunt\u00f3 que la ciudadan\u00eda est\u00e1 cansada de que los recursos se utilicen como bot\u00edn en lugar de destinarlos al servicio de transporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1638\">El representante de Movimiento Ciudadano tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 al Congreso local dar tr\u00e1mite a 182 iniciativas que permanecen pendientes.
