hace contrapropuestas a la reforma del ISSTEY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al iniciar el an\u00e1lisis de la reforma a la Ley del ISSTEY de 2022 que impuls\u00f3 el ex gobernador Mauricio Vila, las bancadas de la oposici\u00f3n en el Congreso del Estado manifestaron posturas propositivas para enriquecer la propuesta del titular del Ejecutivo Estatal, Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Movimiento Ciudadano anticip\u00f3 su aval a la iniciativa oficial, pero plante\u00f3 revisar las \u201cletras chiquitas\u201d de las modificaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-124286\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/OSANTE_ISSTEY--scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/OSANTE_ISSTEY--scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/OSANTE_ISSTEY--1536x1023.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto, el diputado naranja, Javier Osante Sol\u00eds, hizo notar que la propuesta presentada busca modificar la ley vigente, pero no restituye en su totalidad los derechos de la burocracia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que el art\u00edculo 8 transitorio congela al 9 por ciento de las aportaciones de trabajadoras y trabajadores estatales, pero en el a\u00f1o 2032 empezar\u00eda a incrementar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHago votos para que esta sea una reforma que beneficie a los trabajadores a largo plazo y no sea algo moment\u00e1neo\u201d, pronunci\u00f3 Osante Sol\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La oposici\u00f3n se puso creativa\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el diputado del PRI, Gaspar Quintal Parra, propuso que no depositar a las arcas del ISSTEY la aportaci\u00f3n del bur\u00f3crata se tipifique como delito penal \u201cpara poner un alto total a esta pr\u00e1ctica y que no se repita, incluso, en paraestatales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, que la aportaci\u00f3n del gobierno estatal sea de 28.75 por ciento repartido entre el fondo de pensiones y el servicio m\u00e9dico en lugar del 21.75 por ciento que propone la iniciativa oficial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, que se elimine el requisito de edad para que familiares tengan derecho al servicio m\u00e9dico con solo acreditar el parentesco y que regresen los vales al salario integrador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El PRI y el PAN pidieron la comparecencia de los titulares del ISSTEY y la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, Diego Cetz Pech y Juan S\u00e1nchez \u00c1lvarez, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, el diputado blanquiazul, Roger Torres Peniche, dijo que es importante contar con la participaci\u00f3n de los funcionarios responsables, pues tienen los datos y la informaci\u00f3n que ayudar\u00e1 a despejar dudas.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>ISRAEL
