disposici\u00f3n del juzgado federal que consider\u00f3 que el sujeto no merec\u00eda prisi\u00f3n preventiva qued\u00f3 en libertad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El caso genera amplia atenci\u00f3n de la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica, desde el domingo pasado, cuando a \u201cSicilia\u201d se le encontr\u00f3 herida dentro de un bote de basura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoridades estatales rescataron al animal y asignaron el caso al Ministerio P\u00fablico para las indagatorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"798\">Tras permanecer pr\u00f3fugo varios d\u00edas, a Ferdinando N. se le detuvo en Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"798\"><strong>Amparo federal de \u00faltima hora<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1045\">Durante la audiencia de hoy, la defensa del acusado present\u00f3 un amparo federal para evitar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La resoluci\u00f3n gener\u00f3 rechazo entre ciudadanos y organizaciones protectoras de animales, que demandan sanciones m\u00e1s firmes ante los casos de crueldad animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1476\">La SSP y la FGE informaron que cumplieron con la investigaci\u00f3n, la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta y la ejecuci\u00f3n de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n conforme a derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambas instituciones reiteraron su compromiso con la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley y con la protecci\u00f3n de los seres vivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1658\">El
