De acuerdo con los datos m\u00e1s recientes de la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Ocupaci\u00f3n y Empleo (ENOE)<\/strong> del <strong>INEGI<\/strong>, correspondientes al segundo trimestre de 2025, <strong>el 58.6% de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada trabaja en condiciones informales<\/strong>, 3.8 puntos porcentuales m\u00e1s que el promedio del pa\u00eds (54.8%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ni el gobierno federal ni el estatal, junto con los sectores empresariales, han logrado superar este problema que Yucat\u00e1n arrastra desde hace a\u00f1os, pese a los programas anunciados para generar empleos o promover viajes al extranjero con el fin de atraer inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto significa que casi <strong>seis de cada diez empleos en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> carecen de prestaciones y seguridad social. De ese total, <strong>399 mil personas<\/strong> laboran por cuenta propia en el sector informal \u2014como vendedores ambulantes o trabajadores independientes\u2014, mientras que <strong>174 mil<\/strong> lo hacen dentro de empresas formales, pero sin las condiciones laborales b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-125458 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Seguridad-social.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"359\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Baja desocupaci\u00f3n, pero salarios bajos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de la alta informalidad, Yucat\u00e1n destaca por su <strong>baja tasa de desempleo<\/strong>, de apenas <strong>1.9%<\/strong>, una de las m\u00e1s reducidas del pa\u00eds frente al <strong>3% nacional<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, mantiene una <strong>alta participaci\u00f3n laboral del 65.8%<\/strong>, lo que lo coloca en el <strong>tercer lugar nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de los empleos se concentran en sectores de bajos ingresos. El informe detalla que <strong>el 40.1% de los trabajadores gana menos de un salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong>, y s\u00f3lo <strong>el 2.9% percibe m\u00e1s de cinco salarios m\u00ednimos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desigualdad de g\u00e9nero<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El estudio tambi\u00e9n revela una <strong>importante brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres<\/strong>. En el empleo formal, los hombres de entre 30 y 64 a\u00f1os ganan en promedio <strong>$10,945 mensuales<\/strong>, mientras que las mujeres del mismo rango perciben <strong>$5,777<\/strong>, una diferencia del <strong>46.8%<\/strong>. En el trabajo informal, la brecha se mantiene en <strong>35.2%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, <strong>la informalidad afecta m\u00e1s a las mujeres (62.2%) que a los hombres (56.1%)<\/strong>, y su tasa de desocupaci\u00f3n es ligeramente superior: <strong>2.4% frente a 1.6% en hombres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sectores con m\u00e1s empleo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>sector servicios<\/strong> es el principal generador de ocupaci\u00f3n en Yucat\u00e1n, con <strong>casi el 40% del total de trabajadores<\/strong>, seguido del <strong>comercio (18.9%)<\/strong>, la <strong>industria manufacturera (14.7%)<\/strong> y la <strong>construcci\u00f3n (9.7%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al nivel educativo, <strong>la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada (50.6%) cuenta con estudios de secundaria o media superior<\/strong>, y <strong>una cuarta parte (24.5%) posee educaci\u00f3n superior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Empleo formal en crecimiento<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A septiembre de 2025, el <strong>IMSS report\u00f3 437,299 trabajadores asegurados<\/strong> en Yucat\u00e1n, lo que representa un crecimiento del <strong>16.8%<\/strong> respecto a 2018. Adem\u00e1s, los salarios formales registran un aumento real de <strong>28.3%<\/strong> en los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, con un <strong>salario promedio diario de $519.94 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p
