Lo m\u00e1s grave es que algunos negocios terminan cerrando por no poder cubrir las multas o adeudos que se generan\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e1nchez Mena subray\u00f3 que la falta de planeaci\u00f3n es uno de los errores m\u00e1s comunes, y que los empresarios deben involucrarse activamente en el proceso contable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTienen que saber qu\u00e9 pedirle a su contador, verificar que lo que hace est\u00e9 bien y entender que la responsabilidad final es de ellos, porque es su empresa y su firma la que est\u00e1 en juego\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 deben hacer las empresas?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus recomendaciones principales, el especialista destac\u00f3 tres acciones clave para evitar complicaciones al cierre del ejercicio fiscal:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Verificar el trabajo del contador.<br \/>\n2. Solicitar la informaci\u00f3n necesaria con tiempo.<br \/>\n3. Involucrarse directamente en los procesos financieros y contables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su ponencia, S\u00e1nchez Mena explic\u00f3 que el concepto de \u201ccierre fiscal inteligente\u201d consiste en anticiparse a los resultados del ejercicio antes de concluir el a\u00f1o, con el fin de evitar contingencias que afecten la estabilidad financiera de la empresa. \u201cUn cierre inteligente es aquel que evita sorpresas\u201d, resumi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El evento, organizado por Kreston BSG, Balfor y Alado, reuni\u00f3 a especialistas en
