Su exposici\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en destacar la importancia de fortalecer los procesos internos de las empresas para garantizar su sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa mayor\u00eda de los empresarios no cuentan con un control interno establecido, y eso los hace vulnerables. Lo que buscamos es que comprendan su relevancia y comiencen a aplicarlo desde su nivel actual, sin importar el tama\u00f1o de su empresa\u201d, explic\u00f3 Carvajal Maga\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n, detall\u00f3 cinco pasos b\u00e1sicos para iniciar la implementaci\u00f3n de un control interno:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Determinar el prop\u00f3sito de la empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Implementar pol\u00edticas claras.<\/li>\n<li>Documentar los procesos.<\/li>\n<li>Revisar los indicadores clave de desempe\u00f1o (KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Mantener un monitoreo constante.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La especialista precis\u00f3 que, aunque la implementaci\u00f3n completa puede tomar alrededor de seis meses, es posible comenzar con acciones iniciales y asesor\u00eda externa especializada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encuentro empresarial se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Rodium Business Center y reuni\u00f3 a expertos en temas fiscales, financieros y administrativos.
